Dryshield Basement Waterproofing

I had a floor to ceiling basement concrete wall crack that leaked during heavy rain and spring thaw from melting snow drifts. I called Monday. Dryshield replied to my voicemail promptly and scheduled me for Thursday at 3pm. The technician was able to attend 3 hours earlier and the job was done by 1. He cleaned-up after himself, was friendly, respectful, and the workmanship, top notch. The admin staff was also easy to talk to, cordial and comprehensive about the work to be done and payment. I hope I never need them again, but they will be my go-to company for this problem. Go with them.

We purchased a home that had flooding issues. The team at dryshield waterproofed the interior and exterior of the basement room.

Recently during a major storm we had a little flooding in our basement, but the only room in the basement that did NOT have issues was the one dryshield worked on. We patched the issue that cause 2nd flood, but didn't need to touch the room that they worked on.

If anyone has water issues, we would definitely recommend Dryshield for waterproofing. They do great work. they work quick and efficiently. They keep you updated throughout the process and are very knowledgeable and competent in what they do.

They were recommended to me by a local contractor. I made a phone call to them and within the week, they quoted the job, came up with the best solution, and completed the job in a day. The men that did the work were professional, courteous and efficient. They tore out drywall, studs, and jackhammered cement. They put in weeping tiles, dimple board and re-cemented. When the job was completed there was no mess for me to clean up. They carted away the debris!!! I was thoroughly impressed with their workmanship and highly recommend them if you have water issues in your basement. Happy in Claremont!!

We were very pleased with DryShield's services in fixing a foundation crack that caused ongoing water leaks in our basement. The team worked hard all day to dig out around our foundation, and did an excellent job in repairing the crack and sealing our foundation with a waterproof membrane. It has rained several times since the repair, and our basement has remained dry!

Gotta love a company that responds right away and acts with urgency! We decided at the last minute to put our Toronto home up for sale, and our realtor told us the minor leak in the basement HAD to be addressed right away. Jacob and his crew came out a few days later and got the work done in a day without cutting corners. I watched every step of the process from removing the drywall, breaking the cement, to installing the weeping tile and sump pump.
