Fantastic service again! I have used Sam Harb & Son's on multiple occasions now and I am always pleased with their service and prices. Today was a simple purchase and installation of a new toilet. The price was reasonable and comparable when you account for the delivery and disposal of the old toilet. Even if the price was a bit more though, I am happy to pay for it because of the excellent service and the trust I have in their work. The guys who came to do the work were efficient, friendly, and kept the area clean. They have an attention to detail to ensure the toilet was level and secure. I highly recommend Sam Harb & Sons and they will always be my first call for any future plumbing issues.

We had some fence damage from a windstorm earlier this year, with the fence sagging in a couple of areas. I contacted Alex based on reviews on Homestars and even though our first contact was late on a Sunday, he was extremely helpful and asked me to send some photos to assess if a repair or replacement was necessary. He felt a simple replacement of a few posts was needed, with the panels themselves able to be reused. This was much less expensive than rebuilding the fence that others had suggested. He was able to accommodate the work in his schedule very promptly. The work itself was done very quickly and well. His team cleaned up my yard after the work extremely well as well. I was very impressed with the attention to detail, as I noted Alex resecuring some of the boards and the top, decorative pieces on the panels as he worked. The final repair is very secure and I feel confident the fence will last for years to come. I would not hesitate to recommend Alex and PRO-RENO.

Arrived home the other day to hear loud noises from my furnace. Called Reliance under my Comfort Plan and they had Ricky at my house within the hour. Ricky was friendly and professional, and took the time to assess the problem and find the appropriate fix. Luckily for me, it was just an issue with the thermostat, which he replaced. Before leaving, he tested everything to ensure the noises were not repeated. Great service!

Great advice was received on how to address a cold master bedroom above the garage, including what not to do. They took the time to explain why they were making the recommendations. The workcrew was punctual and efficient in completing the job and everyone I spoke to was friendly and hepful. I am very satisfied and I would use them again. I look forward to a warmer bedroom next winter!

I have been a customer of Dr. Green for a few years now. I have been pleased overall with the results of the treatments each year, and my lawn has had fewer weeds each year since I began. There was an issue two summers ago, but Dr. Green accepted responsibility and we came to an agreeable conclusion. You have some excellent customer service reps on the phone, who are personable and have a desire to help. I look forward to continued business with Dr. Green in the years ahead.

Tremendous service. Simon and his team showed care and a desire to ensure we were pleased with the deck throughout the process, offering tips and asking us regularly if we were happy. The quality of the work is high, and the price for the value was tremendous. Highly recommended!

I had a set of double doors on my home that were quite drafty, and as only one door opened anyway, I decided to replace with a single door, with two side inserts. The salesperson was veryhelpful in discussing options and all of the individuals who performed the work were courteous and efficient. I had one challenge related to the tax rebate as I had been told the tax would not appear on my bill, but when the installer came it was showing and I was being asked to wait for the reimbursement. This was a misunderstanding and the staff were able to rectify the situation quicly and without any hassle. Much appreciated! The installer also made recommmendations for me based on his observations on water damage and verified that my door was often in the direct path of rain. He has recommended some type of storm door, which I need to act on in the future. The quality of the work is high. I have noticed that a very small area of caulking has pulled away from the vinyl, but I've been lazy about calling this in. Perhaps they will read this review and contact me to come fix it...please! I highly recommend the company.
