An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I have been a customer of Dr. Green for a few years now. I have been pleased overall with the results of the treatments each year, and my lawn has had fewer weeds each year since I began.
There was an issue two summers ago, but Dr. Green accepted responsibility and we came to an agreeable conclusion. You have some excellent customer service reps on the phone, who are personable and have a desire to help. I look forward to continued business with Dr. Green in the years ahead.
