Installation of 2 smart switches, one of which needed a neutral wire. Jonah was on time, polite, efficient, helpful, and did a fine job. Highly recommended.

Val and his team are exceptional: top quality work, attention to detail, responsive, reliable, and reasonably priced. Val made great suggestions re choosing paint colours. His team of painters (John, Juan, David, Mike) are highly professional and friendly. Cannot recommend them more highly.

Joseph and team are excellent — prompt and responsive — providing top customer service. The closet doors were well installed by Nestor and look really smart and contemporary. Very highly recommended.

My experience with this contractor was mixed, but I am now satisfied that they take their customer service seriously. Initially, the people at the head office were helpful on the phone, but the electrician who turned up at my home to install an outlet in my basement was negative and unhelpful. He insisted that my new sump pump had to be connected directly to the electrical panel (rather than just installing an electrical outlet) and gave me a quote for $600. I found out later that this was untrue (all that was needed was an outlet) and got it done for much, much less. So I ended up paying $66 for the initial visit/consultation for no reason. But subsequent to my complaint, Genelle, the office manager, made a special effort to rectify the situation by contacting me and hearing me out. I appreciate that this contractor has tried to make amends. So I am changing my initial negative review to a more positive one.

Ronal does excellent work and is very reliable, helpful and friendly. I had my bathtub removed and replaced with a shower + new floor tiles. Ronal and his son, Andres, are true professionals, putting in extra time to ensure not only that the job is done but that it is done very well. They pay attention to detail and do quality work. I am extremely pleased with the outcome. I cannot recommend them more highly.

Alex is really a "master" plumber. He was able to easily detect where the leak was in my basement without having to break down any dry walls, and he expertly replaced the water hose tap and spout. He also changed our old and faulty water mains tap. Alex is a top professional, reliable, friendly (and funny!). Highly recommended.

Had them install 6 blackout window blinds. Am very pleased. High quality product and service. Michael is very friendly, helpful and responsive, and his installation team polite and professional. Highly recommended.

Broken bath faucet; water would not shut off. ExpressRooter were top-notch: quick to answer my call, arrived within 1.5 hrs, provided an estimate for the work to be done, and completed the job very well. Vlad, who works for ExpressRouter, is excellent!

CityBoxes was excellent. They were very reliable, called in advance to check suitable times, and picked and dropped off the bins on time. Well worth the cost (and they are slightly cheaper than most other Toronto services). Highly recommended!
