We replaced our bow window and wanted new top down/bottom up cellular shades to replace our old California shutters. The WBD team is great. We had a consultation (with safety protocols) with Michael and he walked us through all our options. Charles did our installation (also with masks and distancing) and was fabulous. There was an initial issue with our blinds given the size of each window panel, which Charles was quick to point out and took back the blinds. The factory adjusted them and we are very happy with our new blinds. The team was professional, timely and communicative. Highly recommend.
