Seemed pleasant on the phone at first, booked an appointment for them to provide an estimate on a faucet replacement and water valve replacement. I wasn’t going to be on site, but tenants were. The company said they would email me an estimate same day. They didn’t. I called 2 days in a row and each time they said they would send the estimate that day, which never happened. On third day, the rep said ‘yeah I emailed my boss and he never replied, that’s all I can say’ and sounded annoyed. Turns out, my tenant called and said the plumber had spent time in the basement with the water shut off valves, and left them leaking! I had a plumber look at it and his exact words were that the pipes were “tampered with” and leaking when he arrived, but he shut them off. No wonder they refused to give me a quote - I suspect they didn’t want to admit touching them because they left them LEAKING and didn’t bother to even tell me! Plus, they gave me the run around for days rather than just say they wouldn’t do the job. Nothing “express” about them or their service. I’ve never experienced such poor customer service in my life. Buyer beware!
