I called Eddy to have a look at my windows and door since we were getting a lot of cold air coming in during the winter. He never tried to sell me on replacing all the windows. Instead, he recommended to replace some of the doors and windows that were letting draft inside. His crew came and worked an entire day and did an amazing job. The front door looks great and the patio door has been upgraded to let a lot more sunshine in (there is a before and after photo attached). There is also a lot less outside noise, which is a benefit I had not really thought about. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the workmanship and I will not hesitate to call back Eddy when it's time to replace my other windows. I recommend New Look Windows & Doors to anyone that's in the market for replacements/upgrades.

After sending an email to Advanced Plumbing, Chris got in touch with me right away and scheduled a technician to come to the house and diagnose the problem. Andrei showed up on time and quickly figured out the issue. It was a simple fix and he was also more than happy to give me a couple of tips regarding faucets in general. The crew spent a day on my roof and had it all done, followed by an inspection to make sure it was done properly. Technician came in the middle of the window and quickly fixed the issue, while giving me some tips on brands to avoid next time we need to buy a new fridge! Great ongoing communication with the back-office team (the weather caused delays, and they rescheduled me right away). Repairman showed up within the window. Repaired the portion of the roof with missing shingles and gave an overall assessment of the roof, followed-up by a written report. They deliver great quality.
