The natural stone in my shower stall had developed mold and mildew all over. Kaayla cleaned it thoroughly with great detail. She also soaked the shower head in CLR, making every part of the stall sparkle. Kaayla took the time to explain what she was doing and why the mildew had developed. She left me with instructions on how to care for the stone in order for it to stay clean. Awesome job!

Kaayla is truly, what I would consider, the best. She's an amazing worker and holds impeccable skills. I called Axia cleaning after noticing our downstairs shower was looking grimey and beyond regular cleaning. Kaayla came in and answered all my questions and never showed annoyance when I checked up on her multiple times. I'm already considering Kaayla for our upstairs bathroom refresh as well. My tub/shower look like new. Kaayla is meticulous and clean. The grout is whiter, the mould is gone, and the caulking is very even and straight. I appreciated the shoe covers and and that she lays down tarps everywhere to collect the dust etc... I also appreciated that her quotes were clear, given up front and that she did not try to raise the price after the fact.

Kaayla was awesome! She is meticulous detailed and a perfectionist. She got rid of all mold and mildew in my shower and it looks brand new! She even showed me how to maintain my shower and tips on avoiding mold. I will be using her again for the other showers in my home!
