Kaayla basically moved in for a few days to repair a single bathroom's shower and floor, and showed the highest work ethic I've ever seen. You know that dental hygienist who won't stop scraping at that stubborn piece of plaque in your teeth? That's Kaayla when it comes to grout. Add to that her utter competence and encyclopedic knowledge of her craft.
The room looks spectacular and renewed, and I'm so glad that we decided to hire her. I would not hesitate to call her again for other projects.

We had both of our washrooms showers go through a grout clean. Work was super well done. On the second day Kaayla found that extra time was needed to clean the shower. She did so without charging anything extra of the quote given ahead of time.

The shower in our basement bathroom was in desperate need of a deep clean and we were at a loss of what to do. Kaayla arrived, assessed the situation and got straight to work. The results were incredible! We could not believe how Kaayla was able to get everything so clean and refreshed as all of our attempts had been unsuccessful. She took the time to show us helpful and easy tips and tricks to maintain the cleanliness of the shower. She also replaced the old silicone caulking around the bathtub in our second floor bathroom. Kaayla arrived on time and brought all of her equipment into our unit with care. She explained the process briefly and got right to work. I was working from home and, while there was sound from some of the equipment for a short while, for the most part, it was a very quiet process.

While it was a full day's work, since we have a smaller shower, she was able to fit in cleaning and recaulking around our sink as well.

She gave me a great walkthrough of how she approaches caulking and the various tools to get it looking just right. Most importantly, she gave simple tips for maintaining a clean, mold-free shower.
