Alex and team did a wonderful job replacing all of our windows and doors at our secondary property when we had trouble finding a vendor that we could trust. They replied quickly to get the quote, provided all necessary details and were prompt to schedule the install. The crew were very professional, courteous and hard-working, putting in long hours to get the job done and frequently checking in to ensure we were satisfied with the work. A lot of these window companies look and sound the same and truthfully much of the product is similar, so for me what it comes down to is 1) price: are they listening to your needs and attempting to offer value? and 2) installation: is it executed skillfully and with attention to detail? I'm pleased to report that Eddy worked hard to earn my business and Oleg provided a skillful and careful execution, right down to the caulking. Ask for these guys and you will be in good hands.

New look Windows and door installed exterior door on upper floor that exits to a deck. Price reasonable and time frame good. Eddy communicated well throughout the process. Alex installed and did an excellent job. Cleaned up any mess. Showed up on time and completed the job in a timely manner. Door is great. They matched it to an exterior door on my main floor. We needed 11 windows replaced in our older 3 storey house in the Annex. We wanted an experienced company and interviewed several contractors. Eddy from New Look took time to fully understand our needs. He planned the job very carefully with attention to all the details, including preservation of some original stained glass and window framework. He met with our co-owners to ensure they were in agreement and explained to all of us the potential risks to our house. When the day for installation came, there were no surprises. The installation crew (two men) were very skilled and efficient, completed the job in just one day. They cleaned up all the debris. The windows are beautiful!
