We contacted several companies for quotes on a new front door and only New Look Windows & Doors offered to come to our house for the quote. It was a great experience! Alex was patient and answered all of our questions. His expertise helped us design our door with safety as top priority. Price was competitive and the fact that they came to see us in person sealed the deal. On the install day, they arrived on time and did a stellar job! From beginning to end, the experience was fantastic and we would highly recommend!

Working with Eddy from New Look Windows & Doors was a pleasure from beginning to end. Eddy listened to my requirements and came up with a proposal that managed to satisfy both my desires and my budget. Then ob the day of the installation Alex and Vova came and did a professional install in a record time. The end result is beautiful and in my price range. Once time will come to replace my windows I will use this company again because my search for better customer service has come to an end with them.

We had met with 5-6 vendors to develop quotations and proposals. Eddy was the only vendor that actually listen to what we wanted and was able to develop a proposal demonstrating the materials and samples of the products he recommended. He service was unparalleled which made our vendor selection easy. This firms workmanship is amazing. Fast, on time and excellent quality. The technicians were polite, courteous and clean.
