Laz, the plumber arrived shortly after Chris from Advanced Plubming called to say they had a cancellation and could come that afternoon.
When Laz arrived he listened to the problem we were experiencing and suggested the toilet seal could be the problem. He used his I-pad to show us the cost of the job and offered a seniors discount without us asking. Our house is over 100 years old so no repair job is straight forward.
He fixed the problems he found to make sure the toilet sat firmly on the flange. He kept us informed of what he was doing and cleaned up before he left leaving us feeling very good about our experience.

We moved into a new house in Toronto's west end, and Advanced's work was fantastic, reasonable and efficient. We especially appreciated the explanations and thorough work Ian provided.

They were responsive, polite and kept me updated in an evolving situation with the flood and power outage. They still came when they said they would, did the service perfectly and were polite and professional throughout.

Had several plumbing issues: needed kitchen faucet to be replaced, new toilet to be installed and bathtub to be unclogged. After reviewing the situation, I was told that I would need to replace the kitchen pipes to help with the water flow. I appreciated being told that the pipes were not up to code and needed replacing. The fee to remove the old toilet and dispose of it was waived which I appreciated as well. The only issue was that I wasn't made aware that there was a fee of $100+ to use the tools to cut the kitchen pipes. I paid over $500 to install the kitchen faucet in addition to the $100+. In terms of workmanship, the company is great but in terms of pricing, it is a bit expensive.

Michael took a lot of time to answer my questions on several plumbing concerns in different parts of the house before proceeding with work. He gave me great advice and a recommendation for a different faucet. I feel like I have a much better understanding of the plumbing needs in my house and what I need to address in order of importance since my house is over 100 years old and some of the plumbing is very old as well.

I recently had my kitchen sink repiped and couldn't be happier with the service. The team arrived on-time, was extremely polite, and completed the work efficiently. The quality of their work was excellent, and the final cost was well within the range of the initial estimate. I highly recommend their services for any plumbing needs.

Laz from Advanced Plumbing came to diagnose a few plumbing issues we had at our new house.
