We have had excellent, energy-efficient windows and doors installed by Aubrey and his team at two of our houses, in three separate jobs over the last three years. In total, they installed 22 windows and three doors. In each case I was most impressed by the quality of the windows and doors, Aubrey's careful explanation of our options during the quoting process, and his reasonable pricing. His team's skills and care during each installation were also impressive, along with Aubrey's presence on site to ensure clear communications if any questions arose and our input was needed. (I would recommend that others keep in touch with Aubrey while their windows are being installed, as I think he makes sure all questions that arise are answered quickly.) During the last two projects in our current house, Aubrey guided our choices expertly so that the windows and door would be sure to qualify for the Greener Homes rebates. Aubrey and his team did a great job on my window replacement. Triple glaze on the front of the house facing the road where there's more noise, and double glaze on the back of the house. Aubrey kept in touch with us from start to finish; including all the updates on the window delays coming across the border. Installation was quick and painless; the team was done after a few hours.

So far the difference is noticeable - the rooms are warmer and the noise has been cut down. We are pleased with the windows and the job.

My wife and I bought an old home in the Pape/Danforth area of downtown Toronto in 2021. Like most dwellings in this historic neighborhood, it was in serious need of some TLC. With a majority of savings dumped into the purchase of the home, gulp, we decided to start with smaller repairs. Replacing old doors and leaky windows that were due for renovation seemed like a logical place to start. My discovery of Vision Windows on Homestars was a stroke of good luck. Not only was I paired with a skilled and competent team of workers, I was also lucky enough to meet Aubrey Benson, the company's founder. Through the years, and over the course multiple projects, Aubrey has proven to be a reliable, knowledgeable and trustworthy professional. He and his team helped to replace the arched window in the attic where my son's bedroom has been situated. The window had a grandness to its design that Aubrey and Co were able to have reproduced by a local manufacturer. Installation was flawless and the results beautiful. In the kitchen, Aubrey replaced our old sliding glass door that leads to the backyard with a modern, black metal framed door, complete with high-tech glass designed to blocks the hot summer sun that pours through the door. Again, perfect install and the door is a winner. He did such a nice job with the back door that we felt confident with using Aubrey and Vision Window to replace our front door. We chose a sophisticated fiberglass door that looks exactly like real wood, with a black metal digital lock. Talk about an upgrade! The house now has a more premium, less over-100-years-old look. Aubrey's guys installed it in no time, with attention to detail I appreciated, like how the silicone caulking around the doors trim matches the wood color of the door. Now let's go upstairs to the Main Bedroom where we had a large bay window that leaked cold air like a pirate ship. Again, a team of highly skilled workers removed the old bay window and installed a sleek, all-glass replacement, ensuring that the curved, black aluminum exterior was returned to its original condition. And now we're entirely addicted to working with Aubrey and Co. Next job is scheduled for early Feb of 2023. We'll be replacing the dining room window to match the style of the new bay window a floor above it. I'm sure that won't be our last interaction with Vision Window. A well-earned FIVE STARS.

Aubrey and his team were able to order our windows and replace them within a month, most other companies said they would take 6-8 weeks. They did a great job and he answered all our questions in a timely manner.

I waited a year before reviewing. The windows, doors, and sealing have all held up very well in all sorts of weather over the past year. I remember any minor issues that came up during installation were resolved by Aubrey. He takes the time to explains all the details. Great guy. Very trustworthy.
