John came through with the product and service I was looking for. I had 2 sticky bathroom fans that I had wanted to replace for months now, and most of the bathroom contractors I spoke to generally tried to make it part of a bathroom reno. So it was obvious this was a niche job. After looking at a bunch of options and considering doing a crappy job myself, I noticed John's company on the list of service providers my request was sent out to, but he didn't respond. He's a one-man show, and I'm glad I checked out his website and proceeded to get in touch with him. John quickly called me to book an appointment. He came with his own equipment, a few fan variations (I didn't know one house could have so many different types installed), and a vacuum. He removed the old fan, cleaned the area, popped in the new high-efficiency fan with magnets, and put on the new cover with magnets as well. This makes it super easy to access and clean myself - which is a really nice touch in a replacement product. He had a bunch of other tips for around the house and with my minivan. Overall, I was very happy with John's service and the product he installed.

I hired Jaffi to powerwash, sand, and paint the window box and pillars in the front of the house, along with the garage door and frame; along with that, Jaffi also completed the work on my deck. Overall, he worked in good time, made the most of the dry weather days, and did a good job on all the surfaces he worked with.

Aubrey and his team did a great job on my window replacement. Triple glaze on the front of the house facing the road where there's more noise, and double glaze on the back of the house. Aubrey kept in touch with us from start to finish; including all the updates on the window delays coming across the border. Installation was quick and painless; the team was done after a few hours. So far the difference is noticeable - the rooms are warmer and the noise has been cut down. We are pleased with the windows and the job.

Overall a pleasant experience to work with TTT. From contacting them on Homestars, to scheduling around the recent rain storms we've been having, and to the actual job itself - the TTT team was courteous and timely. The cleaning crew also provided me with a report indicating which parts of my eaves might need angle adjustment; and since I live in a townhouse, they also highlighted the risk of debris coming off of the neighbours roofs. All of the gunk they removed from the eaves and downspouts went into a yard waste bag, that they left at edge of my lawn for garbage day pick up.

Raul was a pleasure to deal with. He came in and set up neatly, and proceeded to move through the house, cleaning all the ducts and return vents. He also did a thorough job cleaning the dryer vent and pipe (that thing was a fire hazard for sure). I have a high efficiency furnace unit, and apparently not everyone likes to clean it because the air is transported over flexible pipes, rather than solid metal passageways. True enough, my neighbour noticed his truck and came to ask for his business card because a previous provider came to her house, saw the set up, and left without starting the job! Happy with the service and flat price for unlimited runs. Accepts payment by e-transfer.

Our condenser recently broke down during the heat dome event that engulfed the Greater Toronto Area and it was unbearable to stay in the home. Called on a few HVAC contractor to come try to fix the condenser, but they appeared to be more concerned to put their brand stickers on my internal unit rather than do much to check out the condenser. Spoke with Marnie at Convertible Air, she sent out Tahir later that day, he checked out the condenser and coil, gave me options to fix or replace. With the condenser being almost 18 years old, it made more sense long term to replace and upgrade the unit. Marnie kept in touch over the next two days with package options, contacted the furnace manufacturer about the feasibility of using my existing coil with a newer unit, and routed abother technician, Roop, to come review the coil. A day and a half later, Roop was back with a colleague to replace the unit that I agreed to move forward with. They completed the installation, cleaned up after themselves, and took all the packaging and garbage with them when they left. All in all, a great experience and welcome relief from the heat!
