The installers were on time, efficient and very professional. They left the space very clean and re-installed my window coverings. I had a baby grand piano that needed to be moved away from the window they were rrplacing and were very helpful to do that and put back in the original space.

They arrived at 8am and replaced 3 windows and were gone by 11:30am. New windows and new trim and we have noticed the difference immediately. You have to pay for quality otherwise you will be replacing the windows again. We had the patio door and 3 windows done 2 years ago and have not been disappointed with any of them. They stand behind what they build and install. There will be 2 windows left to replace in the next few years.

The 2 gentlemen were on time, very nice, worked professionally and efficiently completed the job in a timely many and left no mess behind

A bit costly due to the fact that we only needed one window replaced but other than that a very satisfying experience.

I am a very happy customer starting with My Sales Rep Jason. He was knowledgeable and explained the different types of windows and quotes for each one. He answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had. He was kind and respectful and understood what I wanted and needed. The windows were in, ahead of schedule and that made my day as I wanted it done in November and not going into December. The installers did a great job and I am very pleasantly with their work ! I would recommend Nordik to all my friends and family. Overall great experience.

Damir arrived on 4th Nov to install. He did a great job and cleaned up after to the point you wouldn't know there had been anything done.

We recently had our front door made and installed by Nordik. It is beautiful! Our overall experience with Nordik was great! Chris came in to give the free quote and was extremely helpful in picking a door that fit our budget. We finalized our door purchase in mid July and the door was installed on October 31. Ten years ago we had multiple windows installed by another company that Nordik purchased. This summer we noted a problem with several of the windows. Nordik sent Cody to evaluate and repair. He is fast, efficient, and does a first class job. On top of that he is very pleasant and easy to work with. I am impressed that Nordik honored the warranty on windows that they did not install. Problem resolved with satisfaction.
