George in Windsor Parkous and mindful installation. Excellent workmanship. They obviously know their way around old houses, tight spaces and how to replace old piping. Customer service is first rate. No pushy salesmen or pressure tactics. Gave us several model options to choose from, their associated costs (all in costs) and provided all the information we needed to make our decon. Highly recommend them and, given our experience, know that we can trust and rely on them in future.

Furnace check up

Listening to friends and family of their furnace break downs at the worst possible times, I just wanted a check up for my 15 year old furnace. Made the appointment well in advance and was contacted promptly and told that he would be by shortly. Scott explained that the furnace was doing well in the voltages and basic wear and tear and he had no concerns which is exactly what I wanted to hear. I was happy with this first contact with the company as well and want use them for my garage furnace replacement once I work out the logistics of the electrical and this change out.

Furnace solutions charge minimum $79 plus one hour $99 no matter if they spent 10 minutes to fix it. I did not know about one hour minimum charges neither they told me over the phone.

Fast Emergency Service

I had no heat at the house and I call furnace solutions for an emergency call. They book me in and was there within an hour of my call. Justine arrived, identified the problem and fixed within half hour. He explained to me and what cause the problem. He answer all my questions professional. When the time comes and I had to replace my furnace, I definitely will give this company a call without hesitation.

The business and service delivered deserve the review.

As a customer with not much knowledge of the furnace and, since our old furnace gave unexpectedly, I was extremely nervous selecting the right contractor, right furnace, and fare price. At the end, I was extremely satisfied with the service, product chosen and customer care.

Thanks Nick for your help educating me, selecting the right furnace and sending the great team of technicians to do the job right. Visiting our home in the middle of the job and staying until it was finished to ensure all my concerned are well taken care of, deserve special recognition. I look forward to hire your team to replace the water heater in future and will be more than happy to recommend to family and friends.
