The 2 men that did my move were extremely professional and worked very hard on the hottest day of the year so far. Very polite and friendly. I would recommend your company to everyone else

MSJ's movers where great. Polite worked hard and most important not a scratch. They moved my furniture from one 4 bedroom house to another in good timing. No smoke breaks, hassle free move.

The leader was exceptional. Very professional and hard working. Cared very much about getting my items moved in a timely fashion and made sure nothing was damaged. The team member with him wasn't quite as good, but was not bad. He still cared about about my items and made sure nothing was damaged, but I did not appreciate some of his unprofessional comments along the way.

The movers were extremely polite and respectful, they were meticulous with their attention to detail and went the extra mile to ensure that our move was hassle free. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to my family and friends!

The movers were Polite and Efficient. They were able to come on short notice and got the job done.

This was "the worst" move I have ever experienced.

• The guys were 2-hours late and then went to the wrong address
• We requested wardrobe boxes which were not provided. No apologies, I was told to go out and buy some!
• The guys doing the work were great, but the driver was rude and unhelpful. He demanded cash even though the contract stated that I could pay by email transfer (I was told that he would stop working if I did).
• I tried calling the office a few times, but no-one responded.
• The driver tried to charge me for extra time that was not required.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE DESPERATE!

So you are saying that a customer that pays less does not deserve great service. Wardrobe boxes were promised prior to the move, but never delivered. Also, I never said that anyone damaged anything - in fact the two workers were amazing and we gave them a generous tip!
However, we were disappointed with the company and the on-site manager/driver was confrontational and rude. When I emailed the company about our experience they did not even offer an apology.

You don't seem to understand - it was never about the money. I paid in full and would happily pay MORE for good service (we gave the workers $100 extra for their hard work).

Had a contract with MSJ for a confirmed move, they never showed up. They started off being late then promising new arrival times, then we just couldn't get a hold of them. They never called to say they weren't coming, they left us high and dry on our moving day!

We hired MSJ Moving to help us move large pieces of furniture from our Mother's estate to three different location across the GTA.
Two movers, Dexter & Sam, arrived exactly on time, with an ample sized truck. Both were very polite, worked carefully wrapping all the furniture pieces with huge bubble wrap and shrink wrap as well as blankets as required.
We had a hard deadline with the elevator at stop #2 and they made the journey from Oakville to Downtown Toronto in what seemed like record time.
The 3rd stop was somewhat tricky in that it was smack downtown during Rush Hour but they maneuvered their large truck parking close by and proceeded to carry the large antique dining room pieces delivering it to the lower unit apartment using stairs.
All in all we were very pleased with MSJ Moving and would indeed recommend to anyone.
