Msj Moving And Auto Transport

I hired MSJ to assist with a load from Red Deer to Brantford.
Truck showed up and we loaded on schedule, I was shocked when the truck arrived 4 days after pickup. Thanks Danielle, my customer and I were very pleased with the fast service at such short notice.

Just the facts:
-Movers were over 3 hours late.
-Called Danielle and she resorted to texting instead of talking on the phone
-Movers were slow and could not orient furniture to get them around corners and down the hall
-One mover told me that he answered Danielle’s advertisement on Kijiji to help with my move
-Danielle interrupted the movers numerous times during the job speaking to each one for 10 minutes at a time.
-The driver took 6 attempts to back up the truck
-Danielle informed me that my property would not be unloaded until I etransferred money to her personal email address.
-I reported this company and Danielle to the Canada Revenue Agency

Terrible dishonest company! Dont believe the positive reviews, they are obviously fake.
They came a day late after keeping me hanging with minimal contact on my scheduled moving day.
They took their time with the move repeatedly wasting time, ultimately holding me hostage by keeping 2 items on the truck and expecting to paid for an extra 30 minutes (it was 1:55 and I was billed to 2:30) blatantly taking advantage of my situation.
When I called to complain Danielle was completely unintelligible. It was impossible to understand a thing she said

THEY WERE THE BEST TWO MOVING PERSONS I HAVE SEEN. Not only were
they fast, they were efficient and took care of all valuables in a most professional way....AND they were the politesse movers also...I say give them a big pat on the back. I will highly recommend them and your company in the future to all of my friends

I retained MSJ to transport a vehicle from Calgary to Ontario. The were professional, fast and courteous! They delivered the vehicle to my door without incident and the driver was excellent!! I would highly recommend MSJ for this service!

I relocated from Drumheller to Woodstock for work purposes and I called MSJ Transport to help. They were on time and my vehicle was picked up within 3 days after I booked and arrived to my new house in Woodstock 4 days after it was picked up. Needed to find moving company that be both afordably as well not waste any time quoted. Was very happy with there services in making move go smoothly. I fully recommend company for any or all future moves.

Excellent service from MSJ Moving. They are very professional and punctual. They work very quick and efficiently and love to hold great conversation while work. Absolutely no damage was done to my antique furniture. I recommend using this company. ??
