MSJ Moving service was very reliable for me, they showed up as promised and were very careful during the transport of my piano. They put runners down on my floor to protect it and were very friendly and polite. I would recommend them and I would use them again. Your men did very well. They moved my piano from one main floor residence to another main floor residence. There were stairs involved at both ends and the task was managed.
They laid down carpets. No damage occurred to my piano, the hardwood floors or the ceramic floors. It was reasonably priced from my comparison shopping around etc. and it was booked on fairly short notice which made it convenient. I would recommend your company to friends etc.

Thanks again. I’m sure my piano will move again one day and it won’t be hard to pick up the phone and book you again.

The true definition of professionalism and customer service. This was a very short notice move and this company was able to accommodate my move despite the 36 hr notice. They worked with me to meet rigid timeframes. Can't praise enough the gentlemen that helped me with the move. They knew exactly what to do, pack everything without any damage.
