This was "the worst" move I have ever experienced.
• The guys were 2-hours late and then went to the wrong address
• We requested wardrobe boxes which were not provided. No apologies, I was told to go out and buy some!
• The guys doing the work were great, but the driver was rude and unhelpful. He demanded cash even though the contract stated that I could pay by email transfer (I was told that he would stop working if I did).
• I tried calling the office a few times, but no-one responded.
• The driver tried to charge me for extra time that was not required.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU ARE DESPERATE!

So you are saying that a customer that pays less does not deserve great service. Wardrobe boxes were promised prior to the move, but never delivered. Also, I never said that anyone damaged anything - in fact the two workers were amazing and we gave them a generous tip!
However, we were disappointed with the company and the on-site manager/driver was confrontational and rude. When I emailed the company about our experience they did not even offer an apology.

You don't seem to understand - it was never about the money. I paid in full and would happily pay MORE for good service (we gave the workers $100 extra for their hard work).

Customer paid about $300.00 for move and wanted to share wardrobe boxes. Crew didn't damage anything and driver was only doing his job by collecting payment. Most of our clients pay good money for there move and the cheapest customer with no damages have an issue.
What I'm saying is when you hire a moving company you don't complain when it's time to pay. We did our job by moving your items so you should do your job and pay without complaining. If I had given you a discount on your $300.00 move you wouldn't be mad you would be happy. You already had a discounted price so there is no way we can negotiate a cheaper rate. To give our company a 0 when your move was done correctly is a joke.because you didn't get to share a wardrobe box this was the worst move ever. I'm going to continue my day serving customers that appreciate good work.
