My team of movers were professional, efficient and very respectful. It was a hot day, and no complaints from them! They worked as a team and threw some humour into their day as well.

Thanks to Ferguson moving company and especial thank to Pitsun, Dzyubak, and Franchuk. My husband and I had an excellent experience of moving from Edmonton to Calgary with your company. Your crew were not only efficient but also friendly and accommodating, making sure to address any concerns we had along the way. They handled my possessions with the same level of care they would give to their own, giving me peace of mind throughout the entire process.

Packed, moved, and damaged many items. Did not care to pay for repairs or replacements. Kept asking me to call back, which I did for 2 years. Kept saying their manager has no cell phone or email. Never responded to complaints. Lost thousands of dollars in damages to my belongings and to my newly purchased home.

Charged $520 for some guys to put my plastic totes into cardboard boxes. At first charged for 4 movers and 2 trucks for a tiny studio move without our consent! We asked for 2 and we're misinformed about the "packaging services" by either not answering my queries or flat out saying "oh it's just by the hour". So I packed most of it and all we needed were a few boxes to put some stuff in.
$520 for just that?!

This was the first time I used a professional moving company. We were moving from a 2 Bdrm Apartment into a 3 story townhome. The movers showed up on time, broke down all the furniture, pad wrapped everything and hauled it down our old elevator. At our new place they set everything back up in all the rooms that items were meant to go.

The process was smooth and easy. The team worked hard and it was a longer day for them (about a 45 minute drive from 1 location to the next).

After lots of hesitation (because of pros and cons reviews) we decided to hire this company for our moving. Three nice guys arrived on time (although they went to the wrong address at the beginning) and tried their best but they were definitely not professionals. They did their best but got tired after loading the truck. They were careful at the beginning but not at the end. They did not have to pack or unwrap anything as it was already done except for a few new pieces of furniture and the bill was still the double of another moving company. I had no contact with the manager Quinn after our move to ask if everything went well as I was told it will happen. We had a very heavy and expensive diner table that had been damaged and our bed frame (brand new) was ruined because it wasn't wrapped during the move. Although the movers did their best, I won't recommend this company. We will probably have to move out again in a few months and will not choose Ferguson.

The move initially seemed ok. When we received our items there was considerable damage to a cabinet, an outdoor couch and a bicycle . Initially I thought this was par for the course and we paid quite a bit for insurance for the items through Ferguson.

Despite having pictures of the damage, they went silent and refused to provide us the paperwork for submitting a claim. And this is after months of emails and texts. It’s quite frustrating because you’re paying a lot more to go with Ferguson than other shops. And you pay quite a bit for insurance which they then prevent you from using when they damage things.

Double move on a weekend as we downsized and had our kids moving the same weekend. Great piece of mind with Jon as he was very responsive to changes that came up with dates and times.
Any issues day of move were resolved quick.
