From the very beginning - organizing with Paul was super easy and reliable. He was easy to get a hold of and answered the myriad of questions I had about services and logistics for my move. I was very anxious and uneasy about the move, as I had previously dealt with a sketchy and unreliable moving company - but Paul was gracious with my nerves and organized everything perfectly. I also found the pricing for Road Runners to be extremely fair - given all of the extras they include - a large 28 foot truck, all the tape and plastic wrapping needed to wrap up the furniture, floor runners for the house, alongside the required dollies for moving.
David and Vladmir arrived Friday morning and were super friendly and hard working. They took such great care in wrapping my items and were cautious with all the walls and doors at both locations. I had zero damages to any of my items and could not believe how fast and hard they worked. I also found both of the men extremely trustworthy which made me feel good about leaving my prized possessions in their care.
Talk about the difference with using professionals!!! The ease that they had moving my big furniture on the dollies was quite literally shocking! It really convinced me to never have friends move me again, and that instead I could count on Road Runners.

After digging through 15+ estimates, Road Runners stood out as one of the more professional one, transparent and clear estimate, and reasonably priced. I genuinely appreciate the speed in which they responded for all the questions. On moving day, they arrived on time and were super fast to load everything on the truck. They were careful and attentive even with our boxes with glass inside. Nothing was broken. They came in a smidge under their estimate of 4 hours to move everything and we couldn’t be happier.

Friendly and professional service. Paul, the owner, was so helpful in getting everything set up for us and answered all of our questions in a timely and friendly manner. On moving day, everything went as smoothly as expected with zero hiccups. The movers were very efficient and very careful with all of our belongings, and always checked to make sure they were packing and moving the correct items. We barely lifted a finger. Paul's estimate was right on the nose and their services were worth every penny. Highly recommend!

Could not have been more pleased with the Move and customer service! Everyone was helpful and friendly, from getting a quote, booking my move, even though they were already booked up, to being super patient and efficient on the move day. Any usual moving day hiccup was handle with ease, they made the move maybe one of the least stressful moves I've had. Will definitely be booking with them for my next move.
Brendon, Paul and the whole team moved my family from our condo we lived in for over 10 years. We had 2 storage lockers full in the basement of our condo as well. Their pricing is very competitive and they offered all the extras with no "up-charging". Brendon was extremely helpful on the initial call and offered a lot of good ideas on how to pack and label to make the move day go smoothly.
On the day of the move they arrived early to ensure there were no issues getting the service elevator. They also came upstairs to ensure we didn't need any help disassembling any large or bulky items. They also moved our piano and took great care in doing so.
The move went extremely well with zero issues. It was smooth and fast. When moving our stuff into our new house they made sure to put down runners so nothing got soiled.
If you're considering booking them don't hesitate, we were lucky to get them on our move date as they were extremely busy around the time we moved.

To really show how much RoadRunners have helped us, let me start with how much trash we used to have in our house. The previous owner - for complicated family reasons I won't go into - left piles and piles of unsorted trash here and there in the house. After more than a year of work we managed to move the bulk of them into our garage, where the trash formed little hills and took up more than 3/4 of the space inside (more than 150 sqft), turning the garage into a disgusting place we didn't want to set foot in, but still had to because we needed to park the car. Another year passed and the piles didn't shrink at all, because our large family had our own household garbage to throw away every week and no room to spare for the junk already here. Perfect recipe for chronic depression, and indeed one of my family started showing signs of just that.
After much frustration, we decided to find someone to help us. I carefully looked at reviews on different websites (including this one), and decided on Roadrunners. Paul and Brendan's professionalism proved that every dollar they asked for in their quote was worth it. 2 hours later, after hauling absolutely everything into their enormous truck, they went above and beyond to add a finishing touch by sweeping the floor clean. There was no hassle, no nada, only great service that put a smile on our faces.
Do I want to use their junk removal service again? Well... I pray we will never have SO MUCH trash again to begin with. However, if you are being afflicted by the same plague, call them and both your house AND your mind will be healed. No, that's not an exaggeration.
