Deep Cleaning

I telephoned Cleanify to book a deep cleaning service. They quoted 2 cleaners for 3.25h (6.5 h total), for approximately $245 all in. I accepted and booked.

When the cleaners arrived, I pointed out the specific areas I needed cleaned and was advised that it was no problem. When I returned, several areas were missed. Phoning the cleaning manager, he told me that he picked them up after only 2.25 h. So basically I paid for 6.5h cleaning and only received 4.5h. To their credit, they returned the next day. Even after they returned, the cleaning was incomplete.

Upon complaining to cleanify, they claim that they booked it as a timed cleaning session. I had made it very clear to them at the time that this was a move out and a deep cleaning was required. So basically, they booked it wrong.

The resulting poor outcome was a combination of an incorrect booking by Cleanify, as well as a cleaning service who left the job early. Avoid Cleanify, just book your own cleaners. They want to be the Expedia of the cleaning industry. Just easier to find a cleaner you like and trust, and use them instead of paying somebody to be a middle man

Move in Cleaing Request

We were scheduled for 2 cleaners for 4.5 hours. I receive a call from someone I hadn't spoken with who informed me there will be 1 cleaning person. I immediately tell them, that is not acceptable, tell the 1 individual that we won't be needing her service. Tried contacting Juan, who scheduled the service, not able to reach him until I request new service, then he answers. I informed Juan we need to be immediately refunded as we did not utilize their service due to breach of contract. Juan says refund in 5-7 days. Unbelievable...NEVER USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Cleaning service

They send three confirmation emails and never showed up. They subcontract their work, they are just a call center. They take no responsibility for the availability of their cleaning staff and offer no compensation for the financial impact of a cleaning that must be rescheduled. JUAN, one of the people who answers the phone, in particular, is untrustworthy, claiming i was called and notified that the cleaning service was not able to make it. I received no phone calls, just 3 confirmation emails.

MOVE IN/MOVE OUT

IF YOU WANT A CLEANING COMPANY THAT DOES THEIR JOB PROPERLY STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM CLEANIFY!!!!!!!!! I DID READ MOST OF THE REVIEWS AND MOST OF THEM ARE BAD BUT STILL GAVE THEM A SHOT! WORST MISTAKE OF OUR LIVES!! THE FIRST HOUSE THEY CLEANED FOR US THEY SHOWED UP AT THE WRONG HOUSE AND THEY NEVER CLEANED OUR DOWN STAIRS SHOWER BUT CLEANED OUR UP STAIRS. THEY NEVER CLEANED INSIDE AND OUT OF THE CUPBOARDS. AND THIS WAS SUPPOSE TO BE A MOVE IN/MOVE OUT CLEAN... ALSO THE NEXT HOUSE THEY WERE SUPPOSE TO CLEAN NEVER EVEN SHOWED UP AT ALL. NO PHONE CALL FROM THE COMPANY LETTING US KNOW WHAT HAPPEN EITHER. WHEN WE DID CALLED WE TALKED TO A WOMEN NAMED "HAZEL" AND ALL SHE SAID WAS SORRY AND THE ONE GIRL (AND ITS SUPPOSE TO 2 THAT WE WERE PAYING FOR) THOUGHT IT WAS FOR THE NEXT DAY. SO HAZEL SAID THAT SHE'LL BE THERE TOMORROW AT THE SAME TIME. FINE WE WERE OKAY WITH THAT UNTIL HAZEL CALLED US BACK AND SAID IF YOU WANT YOUR APPLIANCES CLEANED AND THE CUPBOARDS THERE WILL AN EXTRA CHARGE. WHAT THE HELL IS A MOVE IN MOVE OUT CLEAN MEAN TO THEM!?!? I WANTED HER TO WAVE THAT EXTRA FEE AND SHE TOLD US NO SHE WAS'T ABLE TO DO THAT. I THOUGHT THAT WAS TOTALLY UNCALLED FOR SINCE MY HUSBAND HAD TO TAKE TIME OFF WORK TO MAKE SURE THE CLEANING COMPANY SHOWED UP THE NEXT DAY. WELL SHE DIDN'T AGREE WITH US. SO MY HUSBAND GOES THERE THE NEXT MORNING FOR THEM TO BE THERE FOR 10:15AM AND HE GETS A CALL FROM THE LADY AT 10:38AM STATING THAT SHE'S GOING TO BE AN HOUR LATE!! THEY SHOWED UP AT 12PM, 2 HOURS LATE!! FOR HEAVEN SAKE PLEASE GUYS WHAT EVER YOU DO DON'T GO WITH THIS COMPANY!! THEY ARE THE WORST YOU ARE GOING TO GET!!!!!

Move out clean (Lack there of)

If you are looking for a cleaning company –PLEASE keep looking. This company is not worth the stress...

We too booked this company to do a move out clean out clean. Only to show up at the end of the work day and no one showed up. We did not receive a phone call or email or anything - when we called to talk to customer service regarding our existing quote it went directly to voice mail. So we called to start a new quote and was answered right away. After being put on hold a couple times then eventually hung up we called back and was able to talk to ‘Charlie’ he began the conversation stating their fault, and the cleaner got a flat tire (Must be the “Car Troubles” Script they use) after listening to him throwing his workers under the bus and shedding all accountability he said he would refund our money – the fact that they actually charge your credit card prior to ANY work being done should have been a red flag for us…and he also offered us 3 hrs. cleaning service to use in the future. like I would rely on them again in the future.

AVOID this company completely - there are far too many reputable companies out there than to toss the dice with this one, They are extremely unprofessional, they take no accountability and its seriously not worth the stress and headache.

P.S. We were up till midnight cleaning the house ourselves. And now we are waiting for an email money transfer in the next 7 business days for our refund????

Go with anyone but these guys ! Trust me. If anyone is givcing this company a 10...it MUST be someone from the company!

Move out Clean

We were EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED with our 'Move-In/Out' cleaning service.

The cleaners never showed up, after waiting for an hour my husband called and found out they had car troubles and were not coming. He offered to pick them up but the telephone agent (Charlie) refused. He nonchalantly offered to rebook another day, but I reminded him that prior to booking I very clearly indicated that I had a narrow window (only that afternoon) available. My husband waited in the empty apartment for 4 hours. Finally, only 1 cleaner arrived. After 6 hours, my husband went back, expecting to find the job done. Not at all. The kitchen was not done (stove filthy, fridge, cabinets dirty) the walls had not been cleaned nor baseboards. He got on his hands and knees and started to clean the apartment as best he could and only arrived home at 1:30am that night. The next morning we received the following text from the new tenants 'Did the cleaners come? The apartment is so dirty!' We are now paying other cleaners to complete the job.

When I demanded a full refund, they only offered another clean.... ya right like I would ever rely on this company again!

I paid over $300 upfront because I wanted professional service. What I got was the complete opposite.

Move out clean

Please, please, please avoid this place at all costs! I did not read reviews before booking the service, I really needed my move to be as easy as possible due to my work schedule and moving on a Sunday. I had a time scheduled for the cleaners to arrive from 1-2pm. In the confirmation email, it says someone will call or text you if running late. After booking, I got nervous because I had to prepay $469, which is a LOT of money. I read reviews, many of which mentioned their cleaners not showing up. At 2pm, I was really concerned and tried calling the office. You have to email if it's after hours, and they will not get back to you until the following day! Needless to say, nobody called me until 3:48pm, when I had been knee deep in the cleaning process at that point. Prepaying for a service, then not having a service performed may as well be theft in my opinion. They say they are refunding the money, which Sheila was nice about, but I would not book with this company. Words cannot describe my dissatisfaction and the inconvenience it has caused. My gut was telling me something and I should have listened to it. Also, the person who called me was rude and not apologetic in any way, shape, or form. It sounds like this is a common problem as well. She was so nonchalant about not being able to make it on time, must be nice!

Timed cleaning

This was the worst experience I have ever encountered with a cleaning service! The woman who came did her best, but I feel misled by the information requested by me at the time of booking. Why on earth would you be asking me how many bedrooms and bathrooms I have and then YOU determine how long you will send help. Further, how does a 7 bedroom and 7 bathroom house constitute a 7.5 hour clean ~ by one person! A team of 3 would need that much time to do a good job!
Finally, I resent paying for a desperately needed break in this price.
I cannot decide if this company is greedy and takes advantage of clients or is disrespectful of employees and sets them up!
The quality of cleaning supplies was poor, did not clean well, and minimal at best (no vacuum). I had to cancel my entire schedule and work with the woman you sent in order to get the house cleaned. Not what I paid for!!! Given that you cheerfully charged me $333 for one person, your rates are unrealistic! I would NEVER recommend you.

The cleaner has been educated about this incident and is no longer with Cleanify. The appointment was booked by you; not a sales agent and the option at the time was 1 cleaner for 7.5 hours. Weekly Cleaning Service

Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. Now that they know us and are familiar with the place they get right to work and both of them are cheerful and friendly. They get way more done than I could and will often take the time to pick up kids toys or other things on top of the priorities.
