Please, please, please avoid this place at all costs! I did not read reviews before booking the service, I really needed my move to be as easy as possible due to my work schedule and moving on a Sunday. I had a time scheduled for the cleaners to arrive from 1-2pm. In the confirmation email, it says someone will call or text you if running late. After booking, I got nervous because I had to prepay $469, which is a LOT of money. I read reviews, many of which mentioned their cleaners not showing up. At 2pm, I was really concerned and tried calling the office. You have to email if it's after hours, and they will not get back to you until the following day! Needless to say, nobody called me until 3:48pm, when I had been knee deep in the cleaning process at that point. Prepaying for a service, then not having a service performed may as well be theft in my opinion. They say they are refunding the money, which Sheila was nice about, but I would not book with this company. Words cannot describe my dissatisfaction and the inconvenience it has caused. My gut was telling me something and I should have listened to it. Also, the person who called me was rude and not apologetic in any way, shape, or form. It sounds like this is a common problem as well. She was so nonchalant about not being able to make it on time, must be nice!
