I have had cleanify come ever two weeks to clean my home and overall the service as been acceptable. The cleaners have done their best to follow any requests I added to the file and continue to do so each time they are over to clean.

There have been some hickups, one time the cleaners didnt show up but Cleanify was able to get them there the next evening and resolved the issue in a matter I felt was satisfying. I have also been double billed, but the staff have always been very helpful to resolve issues and fix problems.

Overall the services are valueble to me and I appresiate their customer service when issues come up.

I have recommended this company to my friends.

Cleaning was horrible. Dust everywhere. They weren't even there for 5hrs and they were 45 min late getting there. Would never recommend them or use them again. Bad Costumer Service
To add to there response my townhouse is 1394 square feet. And no I did not ask for timed. So stop making excuses and own up to a crappy service

Hi Susan,

I listened to the original booking and we offered a flat rate package for a move out service which means the cleaners stay as long as necessary to get your rental property in good condition. You decided not to proceed with the flat rate package and opted for a timed service which means the cleaners get as much done as possible in the time allotted. The rental unit was in very poor condition, as mentioned by you, and it was close to 2,000 square feet and could not be cleaned entirely in 5 hours. We have also offered a credit for a future service. The only reason the cleaners were late is because they had a difficult time finding the property. We booked a weekly service for our office. Cleanify accommodated a last minute change from an afternoon appointment to a morning appointment for our first service. Jamilla was very thorough and friendly. We will be pleased to have her here in our clinic once per week.

For the most part the cleaner did a good job. Our house wasn't a small job. I would recommend a couple things. When washing the floors not getting the carpets wet as well as not leaving the floors soaking wet. Also, when washing hardwood or laminate, the cleaner should know to wash with the grain. Our floors were quite streaky because of this.
