We were EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED with our 'Move-In/Out' cleaning service.
The cleaners never showed up, after waiting for an hour my husband called and found out they had car troubles and were not coming. He offered to pick them up but the telephone agent (Charlie) refused. He nonchalantly offered to rebook another day, but I reminded him that prior to booking I very clearly indicated that I had a narrow window (only that afternoon) available. My husband waited in the empty apartment for 4 hours. Finally, only 1 cleaner arrived. After 6 hours, my husband went back, expecting to find the job done. Not at all. The kitchen was not done (stove filthy, fridge, cabinets dirty) the walls had not been cleaned nor baseboards. He got on his hands and knees and started to clean the apartment as best he could and only arrived home at 1:30am that night. The next morning we received the following text from the new tenants 'Did the cleaners come? The apartment is so dirty!' We are now paying other cleaners to complete the job.
When I demanded a full refund, they only offered another clean.... ya right like I would ever rely on this company again!
I paid over $300 upfront because I wanted professional service. What I got was the complete opposite.
