Fred has been with the company a long time, and is very talented and caring. The cost for the shipping and labor to process to get the parts needed, is billed to us. On the back of the warranty it states that it is the customers responsibility to cover the shipping for the parts. I truly wish that the manufacturer, would not charge this, but they sure do. Most times, the fee is higher then what we charge to cover the cost. When it is higher, we eat the amount that is not covered. I will ensure that the techs, are clear that amount charged is not administrative fee, but mainly the cost to ship the parts..
