My furnace was on the verge of breaking down one week-end, so I called two different heating companies to provide a diagnostics on it. I found MacKay friendlier, more helpful, and more efficient than their competitor. They provided a list of price options for me, so that I had plenty of choices to match my budget. The other company suggested I add expensive features that I do not require. The McKay installers were very informative and took the time to orient me to my new furnace. Enough cannot be said about good service nowadays!
