From time to time, human error occurs on ordering or taking the order on the other end of the phone for parts. There are so many different styles, and brands, etc. The wrong order, or something going wrong on installing the part, having to go back, is not something , thankfully, we have to do often. When it does happen, we make it right as soon as possible. Sorry, for the confusion, and for any inconvenience this may have caused. I do appreciate in spite of the glitch, that you gave Mackay Heating and Cooling a shout out!! Thanks so much.
