I rarely write negative reviews, but I feel I need to share my poor experience with Aire One in the hopes that others don't have to go through anything similar.
In late July, we used Aire One to purchase and install a new furnace and heat pump. During the initial visit from the sales person, we were told that a small hole may have to be made in the ceiling of a new bathroom we had just built in the basement, in order to run some venting. We were assured that a ceiling panel would be placed over the hole to make it appear like nothing ever happened. However, after the installation, we were left with a large gaping hole that was not covered at all. Aire One advised that a drywall repair would be required to fix the ceiling, but Aire One is not willing to fully cover the cost of the drywall repair from the damage that was done by their installers.
Fast forward a couple months into the fall, and we decide to turn on the heat. To our utmost suprise and dismay, we only feel cool air coming through the vents when turning on the heat. After multiple service calls from a number of different Aire One technicians, we were told that heat could only be delivered via the furnace and not the heat pump. This was due to a botched wiring job from their original installation, and now we are still waiting for the wiring to be fixed so we can hopefully use the heat pump that we invested in.
Overall an extremely disappointing experience, and certainly would not recommend Aire One to anyone.
