Mac Kay Heating And Cooling

Mackay installed my Navien tankless water heater five years ago and I have been using them to service the Navien every year since. The most recent service call was the first for my furnace. Adam, the tech, was very helpful and provided many options for the continued reliable and safe operation of my furnace, water heater and A/C. A minor repair (of which I was previously unaware) is recommended to prolong the life of my furnace motor. I will be having this done soon. This will cost less than $200 and is well worth the additional life that I can expect from my furnace. I would (and have) recommend Mackay to anyone who asks. (code 025)

I called MacKay because my boiler had stopped working. I was looking for a new heating contractor, being extremely dissatisfied with the previous company. MacKay sent someone right away. He was prompt, and knowledgeable about a less common heating system. He identified the problem quickly. It required a new and expensive part be ordered. Because I couldn't afford it right away, he set up a temporary solution. When I could finally afford the new part, the same serviceman (Jason) came to install it. Again, he arrived promptly, worked quickly (saving me money from the quote) and was pleasant and efficient.

I will definitely be using this company again. In fact, I have asked to be called to have my air conditioning serviced in spring. Everyone I spoke with there was friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. They didn't try to pressure me but accommodated my financial circumstances.

I have used MacKay since they provided and installed a replacement furnace and new central AC system for me 12 years ago. Since then I have also called on them to provide and install an electronic air cleaner and a direct vent water heater. The MacKay technician was at my home today to conduct the furnace check-up that is part of our annual service contract. I make a point of thoroughly researching my home purchases and I highly recommend this company. They are very competent, and I trust them to provide good advice and conscientious service at competitive rates.

We had John come for annual furnace cleaning. As always great service from MacKay. It's the only place we call to do any of our heating and air conditioning work.025

I found that the tech., John B. was very knowledgeable and courteous and thorough. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made a few suggestions. I would recommend this company to anyone.

within 30 minutes my furnace was working at a reasonable cost the repair man Fred suggested I buy 2 of these things and change both because in the near future I would be calling them back so they saved me money

we have had a Rinnai hot water heater for almost 5 years and recently found out they are to be flushed out every so often.We tried to contact the co. that sold it to us via the internet and when we asked who serviced them, MacKays name came up. we called them and a gentlemen came out to take a look. I guess there had been a misunderstanding when my husband called in so this chap recomended we have our furnace done at the same time. It is almost 10 yrs old and Fred came out and in no time had the hot water tank taken care of and also spotted some possible problems with our furnace. He promptly ordered the part for us and is coming back tomorrow to install it. If he hadn't been so thorough, we may have had problems down the road. Thanks very much.. Mackay Heating installed our furnace 13 years ago and have kept it like new ever since. they are friendly, courteous and very helpful. I would recommend them to anyone in need of a new furnace.

We want to thank McKay heating for their timely, efficient and professional services. We had recently moved into a new home and have discovered that their were issues with our furnace. Andrew diagnosed the problem quickly and was able to complete a blower part repair immediately. During a second service call 4 months later Andrew's skill and experience diagnosed a crack in our venting system and we were unaware of the danger of carbon monoxide entering our home. Thanks Andrew for being so knowledgeable and providing us with excellent customer service.

Identifying the source of the problem was not easy, but he was able to do so.and ensured that the correction was made.
