Extremely happy with the service that was completed with great speed.
Furnace had stopped producing heat. Called in the morning of the 16th and by the afternoon an engineer was out to check the problem.
Furnace needed a new part so could not be repaired that evening.
Was kept completely informed at all times and the next day the part had been sourced and the engineer returned that morning to complete the repair.
Communication is clearly one of the strengths of this company. I was always kept in the loop even when the engineer was running 10 minutes behind.
Given all this happened as COVI-19 was rearing its ugly head, the speed of the service was doubly impressive.
All in all, I've now found my go-to company for my future heating and cooling work.
