We had our annual furnace maintenance done to-day by Andrew.He was on time (we had the first call of the day) and very friendly. We have a problem with neighbourhood cats. Andrew made sure , very nicely, that they didn't sneak into the house.He worked quickly, and quietly. He answered any questions we had.He explained what he had done, and why.My husband and I are very pleased with the quality of service we received. 025
