I called on A Plus during the heat wave as my air conditoner was not working. Technician found out that my system had a leak and all the refrigerant had leaked out. He highly recommended to go with a Carrier AC unit as they are known to be quiet.

We had an urgent venting issue that meant our gas line was turned off until it could be resolved, so we needed immediate support so we could have heat/hot water in our house again. Their office called me within 30 mins of my request on Home Stars and were super communicative throughout. Ronnie and his partner who came this morning were incredibly informative, kind, and answered all our questions (not to mention very respectful of our home by putting on shoe covers when they came inside). Their excellent and timely work meant our problem was resolved in under 18 hours from the time the issue was identified. Highly recommend!

We have an aging A/C system that had started to leak all over the ducting in the basement (also on the electronic air filter...electricity plus water = yikes). Called A Plus (who many years ago installed the central heating) and they did a full checkup of the system and found that all of this was caused by a simple blocked hose which they promptly cleaned out with a CO2 gas pressure system. In the process we got a health checkup on the system which is nice (It's old but otherwise still ok and we might get another season out of it but we knew that...still nice to get a second opinion).

It would have been very easy for them to tell us we needed much more. Nice to have someone find a simple solution for a simple problem and leave it at that.

Would absolutely call again.

A Plus HVAC Inc. installed my furnace 9.5 years ago. A good job for a fair price so I had them install an new central air conditioner this year. Same good job and fair. Price. It's hard to find a Team as honest and help full as The A Plus Team is these days. Especially Frank the Manager and Shack the Technician and the rest of the team too many to mention have also always done a good job for me and my family.
