There was a problem with the truck which caused a 2 hour delay from the agreed start time.
Once the loading started everything went fine.
I found that he crew was courteous and efficient.

Rick, Jeremiah, and Delroy were awesome (and STRONG!) They loaded my house up in 2 hours and off they went. They were polite, professional, and got all my stuff to it's new location 300 kms away with everything intact. My real estate agent is always getting customer requests for moving companies and I've referred him to You Move Me for ALL his clients. A great, stress free move from start to finish. I was impressed all throughout the process - the initial inquiry; the follow up call from You Move Me; and by the two young men who completed the pick up and delivery. It was a professional, clear and customer focused experience.
The young men who picked up and delivered my furnishings were prompt,courteous, kind and patient. They came upon an unforeseen issue and they worked very hard diligently to find a solution.
There was attention to details, like calling ahead to say they
were on their way and asking if they could bring coffee. I highly recommend this company. I find their rates fair and their customer service excellent.

They moved us from Toronto to Oakville. Great guys. We were stressed but they were calm cool and collected!

Moved from 20th floor of a 1 bedroom apartment in East York to a 3 bedroom bungalow in Etobicoke. The 2 movers arrived on time and worked very hard and efficiently all day to minimize overall move time. Entire move from start to finish was 6 hours - their estimate was for a 5 hour move but overall happy with speed and total moving time. Movers were careful with all of my belongings and were by far the most professional movers I've worked with.

I had a tough move from my third-floor apartment above commercial space to a second-floor condo. Lots of stairs and no elevator option meant a very physically demanding job for the movers involved. The crew leader was communicative and organized his team effectively. I was impressed with the work ethic and appreciated that the team went the extra mile in applying extra tape to boxes that needed it, took apart shelves that I overlooked, etc. Downsides of the interaction with the business include some breakdown in communication between the first point of contact and moving day. Even though someone came and personally assessed my needs, the truck was sent to the wrong address in the morning. Also, the team felt they needed an extra person but no one became available to meet them. The person doing the assessment said I'd get a coffee in the morning, and I'd be left with a plant as a housewarming gift, neither of which happened. The movers did damage one of my nightstands, but owned the mistake and offered a resolution I found reasonable. Overall, it was a good experience and I was glad to have hired them.

Have used You Move me before. These guys are friendly hard working young guys who work well together. I have had some issues that came up and they always find solutions. Will definitely use them again and recommend them highly.

On time, reliable, very professional and easy to adapt to any last minute changes. We are very happy with the service and definetaly will reach out to the company when we move again.

The team was incredibly polite. They asked questions to confirm what needed to be done, and asked that the work be checked for satisfaction. Real gentlemen!
