Workers arrived on time to home - negotiated successfully with another member of family to take additional items to Furniture Bank - arrived at storage facility and agreed to transfer items already in storage in a small locker, to back of larger locker booked to fill today. (This was an extra job that was only conceived of towards the end of the work at the first location.) The 2 men sent by YOU MOVE ME, were pleasantly agreeable to taking on this extra task, and did it in a very organized fashion. Last part of day was accomplished in a similar manner.

Outstanding customer service. Their website is easy to use and provides an estimate of the cost. The movers were here on time and extremely careful with everything. I would highly recommend You Move Me for any of your moves.

The staff on phone were friendly and efficient. Prior to move date there were numerous calls to confirm details. On the day of the move the movers arrived on time. They were friendly and professional.

Our move was great from start to finish! The office team was very detail oriented and the quote was basically bang-on. Nick, Carlos and Pavilos were the best...very friendly and polite. They arrived a few minutes early, set-up quick and got right to it! They emptied our condo, went down the street to empty our storage locker and had everything in our house in 7 hours, with a 30 min. break for lunch! They even set-up our bed which they didn't need to do!! Much appreciated guys!! No damage to our furniture or our house either! The house plant they give you at the end is a really nice touch as well! Keep up the good work! Thanks, Sue and John.

Too many guys. Lots of idle. Waiting for lead guy to give instruction. They show with more guys than quoted. Charge 1k more than quote. Never bothered to follow-up after. Still haven't heard about my donation receipt. Where is that? That should be big. Frustrated as I don't have time to chase

Our move went quite smoothly. The movers were very friendly and there was no damage caused to any of our furniture, unlike the last time we moved. I loved the little plant they brought us as a housewarming gift, though I'm not sure what type of plant it is or if it needs direct sunlight to thrive. The only "negative" aspect of our move is that it was a bit more expensive than anticipated because it took longer than anticipated. There was a 20-30 minute gap between the movers leaving our old place and arriving at our new place despite being right next door to one another.

They were on time, early in fact, loaded and unloaded the truck quickly and efficiently and the final bill was exactly as quoted. They were polite and put everything in the right place. Best moving experience ever!

The movers were very professional with a complicated move to multiple places and many exceptions.
The cost was competitive and the move went without a hitch.
