Brent and Mark from Reliance The Furnace Company installed my furnace and tankless hot and I have to say that they were absolutely amazing, very quick and efficient they were. There workmanship is outstanding and professional and very courteous. While working in my home they keep me up to speed as to what they were doing and gave me peace of mind to know that the work would be done perfectly. The area now looks so amazing and everything is placed and tucked up to make this space no longer a eye sore. These 2 guys are knowledgeable of there job, I would definitely recommend them and this company to anyone needing work done. When the job was complete in less than 2 days they made sure that I was aware of everything done, made sure that there worksite was cleaned up and before they left they made sure that I was happy with the work done. Absolutely amazing to have people like this do work for you and be so caring, thank you Brent and Mark for your work that you did in my home, so greatly appreciated.

The repair guy shows up on my doorstep with a lit cigarette. Who does that? He put it out on the cement pad that my air conditioner sits on. This did not seem professional to me at all. Then he took two minutes to look at my unit, tell me it's broken, and charge me $100. That was it. Nice enough guy, but I don't think it's ethical to charge someone that much money for almost nothing, and come to the door smoking. When I do get a new unit, I won't be calling these guys.

Ross & Matt arrived on time, we discussed the job, looked at the layout, they answered my questions & proceeded with the work. They worked well together & were professional. After the work was done Ross took the time to explain the new system while Matt cleaned up the work site. They did an awesome job & we plan to call Dave in the fall to have them replace our garage furnace & install a humidifier in the house. I believe we have found the HVAC company for all our future HVAC needs.

After doing an online extensive research, I bought a Lennox furnace from the Furnace Company when they had a promotion at Costco Edmonton South. I am supposed to get a rebate from Costco for an amount of $650 in the form of a Costco cash card as well. That was mainly the reason I went on this route. I wanted to buy SLP98V first, but one has to buy icomfort Wi-Fi thermostat along with it, which is another $450. So, I decided to settle for the next lower model EL296V, which also has very good reviews online, in particular on quietness. I got my furnace and hot water tank installed from them today, that is about 10 days from when I bought the furnace at Costco. So, it was pretty fast.

First, Mark from the Furnace Company came to inspect the site and answered all my questions, and he did not charge any extra for installation. That was very nice. So, I also ended up buying a hot water tank from him as well. Richard and Aaron H. from the Furnace Company came for the installation. They were very professional and answered all my questions patiently. They installed both the units in about 5 hours. They did a super job overall: installation, cleaning the place nicely, explaining how to maintain the units, etc. I am totally happy with the overall experience I had dealing with the Furnace Company. I would highly recommend them to anybody.
The furnace I bought, EL296V, is very quite so far compared to what I had earlier (Carrier Weathermaker 8000), and it is 96% efficient as well. So, I am expecting good things from this furnace.

Aaron and Nolan Install a Lennox system in our home.with excellent service. The work was efficient, professional and completed in one day. Aaron and Nolan were very respectful, neat and punctual.

A young man, named Nick, installed our replacement furnace and hot water tank. He arrived on time, was careful to hear what we wanted, then made it happen in the most efficient manner possible, within the constraints of the site. He was professional, worked diligently, and cleaned up well after himself. I would recommend him to others.

We purchased our A/C unit through Kieth, who had a display setup at the Sherwood Park Costco. He was very helpful and forthcoming with answering all of our questions, before we decided on purchasing. From then to the completion of our A/C unit installation,everyone from the office staff to the measure up visit and then Brent and Mark who did the installation were great. The installation was completed in a very timely manner and both techs insured that we were informed with the operation of the unit and completely satisfied before they left. The area outside our home and around the furnace were cleaned up after the work was completed. A very professional company with great employees. Thanks to everyone who was a part of this job.

Aaron and Nolan ,punctual and hard workers ,were on time and ready to work . I appreciated them taking the time to close the door every time went in and out of the house so that my puppies will stay inside . Two replacement furnaces and a new air conditioner (never had air prior) were ordered through the Costco program (Reliance). Installation was scheduled (4 days after ordering) for Friday & Saturday. After waiting two hours Friday morning, was informed the Techician was unable to make it Friday. They would send out two Techs Saturday morning. Aaron & Nolan arrived bright and early Saturday and completed the full job mid afternoon - great workers and friendly guys! They one upped the service by providing the L brackets for air condtioner for free vs $100. Great Customer Service after an an initial rough start. Thanks guys!

We are very happy with the service we received from Richard and Aaron H. They were very friendly, showed and explained how to best run and take care of the air condition unit and furnace. I would highly recommend them to my friends and family.
