Justin and Brent came out and they installed a new AC unit for my house that we purchased through costco. Everything was great they worked fast, the install looks good and professional and they were very polite and helpful. They care about the job they do.

We were very impressed with the installation of our furnace and air conditioner by Nolan and Aaron. They were very friendly, arrived on time and did an excellent job installing our furnace and air conditioner. We found that they were very meticulous in their work and cleaned up their work area after the job was done. Both Nolan and Aaron explained the system very well to us and answered all our questions. We would highly recommend this company.

The two individuals who installed the new furnace and air conditioner (Nolan and Agron) were very punctual (they called shortly before they arrived, as agreed; they introduced themselves; reviewed what they were going to do; covered the floors; and proceed to work very steadily. They were not intrusive, but efficient. Once they were done, they cleaned up, showed what the new equipment looked like, explained what they had done and how, explained the operation of the new units, asked if I had any questions, and then wrote up the paper work.
I would not hesitate to recommend they two individuals.

We contacted Reliance directly (i.e. not via Costco), after reading all of their positive reviews on HomeStars. Chris from Reliance came out to provide a quote. He was thorough and extremely knowledgeable, and answered all of our questions.

Bryce from Reliance came out to do the installation. He was very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Although he arrived a bit late, he was apologetic and said that we could certainly mention his late arrival on our HomeStars review, which I think speaks to his integrity. The only hiccup we encountered was that a couple days later we noticed a screw was missing on the unit’s casing, causing a bit of outside noise from the unit’s vibration. We contacted Reliance and they sent someone out the next business day to resolve the issue. We were impressed with the company’s professionalism and responsiveness. Additionally, the City of Edmonton’s subsequent electrical inspection (takes about 10-15 minutes) also passed without issue.

NOTE: Many reviewers have indicated that they booked Reliance through Costco. However, if you are a northeast Costco customer, they will send out a different company. We were completely unimpressed with this company, who missed our service appointment, despite the fact that they had confirmed it with us twice. In my opinion, if you can’t get the sales right, then what confidence can I have in your servicing? Against our better judgment, we scheduled another appointment with them. The sales consultant was far less knowledgeable than Chris from Reliance and the quote for the exact same unit was significantly higher, even when the Costco cash card rebate, etc. was factored in.

It made our decision to go with Reliance all the easier and we could not be happier!

The Lennox units were purchased through Costco, with some great rebates and cash back. The furnace company supplied and installed the units.
All Furnace Company people were great. They seemed knowledgeable, honest and willing to answer questions without any sales pressure. We were kept informed on timelines for site inspection and installation, and even had a chance to have our install date moved up, which we accepted. Nolan and Aaron who did the installation, were prompt, efficient, professional and willing to answer any questions that I had. They took time to explain the operation and maintenance of the units.
Subsequent to the installation, our gas company changed our gas meter and did an inspection of our furnace and water heater systems. They commented on the excellent quality of the entire installation of the furnace and a/c.

From the moment they arrived they screamed quality. Laying down mats from the front door to the work area, they did everything in their power to keep our home clean and tidy while they worked. And they cleaned all their messes when they left. The guys installing were very professional and knowledgeable with the product. The installation went seamlessly. They kept everything neat and tidy, all wires and pipes and tubes were installed above code, they went above and beyond the call of duty to install a separate gas line for our bbq as well. The price was all inclusive and you really get the amazing service and customer care that you are paying for. All in all I would HIGHLY recommend Reliance The Furnace Company for all your heating and cooling needs. Fantastic Job, Amazing Service.

In-home consultation, courteous and polite. Service tech's were very good, efficient and offered to help another contractor who was in my home working on another job. They also installed the new thermostats we purchased separately from a store. Overall, they did a good job.

I hired The Furnace Company to replace a 30 year old furnace with a new one, including an i-comfort wifi thermostat.
Chris did the initial estimate and Richard and Jordan did the install.
Chris was professional, showed up on the date and time that we booked for our in-house call. He was very thorough on his look of what needed to be done. I appreciated how in-detail he got in explaining what it would take to install a new furnace. He represented the company very well.
Richard and Jordan are top notch installers and it's visible with the quality work that they completed. Again, very professional and I appreciated the time they took to explain what they did and how the equipment worked.
I would recommend this company in a heartbeat.
Also, in a years time I will add what follow-up, maintenance house-calls, etc, were performed by The Furnace Company and how I have been dealt with after the install. I'm sure there will be no issue.

Aaron and Nolan did the installation. They were very efficient, working very hard to get the job done, cleaned up and gave a thorough expanation on how things worked. I would highly recommend this company, from the purchase to the finished product everything was done professional and efficiently.
