Reliance The Furnace Company was great company to deal with. Chris was very knowledgeable . He did a great job explaining all of the options and answering all my questions. Nolan and Aaron did an awesome job on the installation. Everything was well done.

We bought the unit through a deal at Costco and arranged to have the unit installed by Reliance The Furnace Co. We managed to get an appointment (because of a cancellation) in only 4 days. The technicians, Aaron and Nolan, were very diligent, friendly and professional and had the install done in just over 2 hours. I inspected the work when completed and it was neat and tidy, a very professional job. This is the second time using this company and would highly recommend them.

The purchase, intallation arranngements, and actual intallation went incredibly smoothly..Jamie and Jordan arrived on schedule and completed their work and clean up in 4 to 5 hours..includinding landscaping, drilling, wiring, running the necessary piping,tin bashing and testing...GREAT JOB GUYS

Very professional from the moment we signed the contract at Costco to get our furnace replaced and AC installed. Keith was great to discuss the options with and took the time to explain the options given our house size.

Office staff were great in contacting and staying in touch with us regarding scheduling the installation (called next day), and reminders. This is greatly appreciated as I have another contractor where this is an issue at the moment. Reminder call the day before made sure that I was going to be present, and that they definitely had someone scheduled to come out, and that I had equipment available for the installation (i.e. thermostat).

The day of the installation got a call before arrival from Nolan & Aaron which was great, and they were there early to start the job and get it done in the day. Arrival was a quick walkthrough, verification, and ensuring we both knew what was going to happen.

There were some additional recommendations / questions along the way from both Nolan and Aaron. Initially we weren't going to replace the water heater, but with them onsite and the current unit 21 years old, it was due. Worked out a deal for the replacement with the office, and one of their people was on their way to bring it out -- no small feat as we are 30 minutes or more away. Any of the recommendations were just that -- I felt I could have said yea or nay and the decision really was up to me.

The installation was flawless with an attention to detail, and a view of how presentable and professionally done their complete work would be viewed by others right down to the lines run outside including electrical - neat runs, tightly coupled, and securely fastened. Even in the furnace room simply consolidating the drainage lines from the water filter and humidifies into the AC drain line was not something I expected them to do, but was greatly appreciated when they did so as now there was only one line not 3 running the floor to the drain.

Thermostat I purchased had no humidity control for the humidifier -- no issues, got a humidistat here. CO2 detector not on each level - no issues, got one here. And so on. They truly know their work and ensuring that it is done right.

Ended with the final testing and review where they walked me through everything from the installation, testing process they were doing, to how to configure the thermostat. Nothing left to chance.

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Reliance The Furnace Company, and specifically Nolan & Aaron to friends/family/strangers looking for this type of installation/replacement. Could I potentially have found something cheaper ... perhaps, but I don't believe I would have got the quality products nor service that I have to date.

Had the guys come over to install a new air conditioning unit. They were very efficient and professional. They arrived on time and finished within the estimated length, then gave us a good walkthrough and review of maintenance. Thanks you Brice and Ryan!

I was very pleased with the service provided by technicians Jamie and Jordan. The installation was done very efficiently and the work-site was left in pristine condition. The techs explained the use of the unit and were very thorough in completing the work.
Jody called the day before to confirm the time I could expect the technicians to arrive. The technicians arrived late, but this became a non issue when compared to the caliber of their work. It would have been helpful if Jody had kept me informed that the technicians would be late. She told me that this was not her responsibility which surprised me given that she has called the day before to confirm the installation

Dave gave me the quote which I thought was a good price, later that day I got another quote which was cheaper for the same product. I called Dave and he said they will match it no problem. As for the installation Jamie and Jordan did a great job, very professional.

We have our tankless hot water heater replaced with a high efficiency hot water tank by Reliance a few weeks ago. Dan, the estimator, gave us sound advice on the selection. Jamie and Dave was initially scheduled to do the installation but arrived very late due to delay of another job. To their credit, they were very apologetic and were prepared to do the installation even if it takes them the whole night. Instead, I suggest postponing the installation until the next day. Aaron M, Aaron H and Dave did the installation the following morning and it was a first class professional job. They even corrected a small problem that they notice with the exhaust of our furnace. Because of a minor issue with the new hot water tanks that need a replacement part from the manufacturer, we also met the service people Adam and Jeff. Adam identified the problem immediately and Jeff installed the new part after it arrived in no time. Overall, I am very impressed with the professionalism of everyone I met from Reliance and would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Got an estimate from Chris, terrific guy and knowledgeable person. Liked the product so decided to go with the company. Aaron M and Aaron H came to do the installation. Excellent guys and they did an excellent job, especially the clean-up. They are great ambassadors for your company.
