We were very impressed with the team that did the upgrade on our HVAC system. Chris was very accommodating of our request for an evening appointment to assess our current equipment and do the estimate and then a second evening appointment to come back and take measurements.

The actual installation ended up taking place over two days and our install team of Aaron and Nolan were not only extremely punctual but gave us an half hour heads up both days. The guys were extremely conscientious, friendly and thorough in explaining every detail of the process and what we could expect from our new equipment. While initially planned as a furnace and A/C installation we threw them a bit of a curve ball by deciding after the fact to upgrade to a tankless water heater and add a humidifier as well. Once again they were extremely accommodating and adapted the plans on the fly. Even when unforeseen challenges in running some of the lines cropped up, Aaron and Nolan managed to find a solution that gave us exactly what we wanted.

While we don't plan on installing another furnace any time soon, we'd definitely be calling Reliance, The Furnace Company if we did.

Came home from vacation and the house was frozen, broken toilets and burst pipes. Tom did a fantastic job at 2 am and had heat going with a temporary install. Matt and Jordan arrived the next day and did a good job completing the install. Good job and definitely would recommend this company.

Woke up to 13 degrees on Sunday. Justin was on site approx. 2 hours after I called and we had heat. Later that am Dave came over and I signed up for a new furnace. Installation took place on Friday by Ross & Drew... ALL staff were very professional and I would NOT hesitate to recommend Reliance to my friends. FIVE STARS FROM Terry & I.

We were told by a different company that we needed a new furnace but reliance came and safely, timely and politely saved us a ton of money by fixing our current furnace. So happy with both sales (Jamie) and the service tech (Tom).

We heard about Reliance The Furnace Company through a radio ad. Our home comfort advisor was Jamie W as he was very professional and knowledgeable on his sales advice. We had a furnace, humidifier and air conditioner installed by the excellent and knowledgable team of Aaron & Nolan. They were very efficient, super friendly, well organized to have the job done in a very fast pace time. Once the job was done they took the time in explaining the completed work they wonderfully accomplished. These 2 guys went over and beyond our expectations as a HUGE thank you to them. We ordered our A/C from Reliance a few weeks back from their display at Costco. The salesman was knowledgeable, the measurer was on time and friendly a few days later, and Bryce the installer was courteous and efficient, as was Eric doing the electrical. It was a smooth and pleasant transaction, start to finish. Bryce even alerted me to an unknown furnace issue, which I had fixed before it failed on a cold day. I give Reliance and their staff top marks and recommend them to all.

Ross and Drew did a fantastic job. They were very kind, courteous and worked hard to get the job done. Very happy with the The Furnace Company for they did have excellent service when we replaced a furnace in both of our homes. We will highly recommend them to anyone whom needs their furnace replaced.
