Got up one morning on Monday and found out that my home heating system which was a Lennox Complete Heat System was down. House was freezing and it did not help as on that day it was -27 deg C. Called Reliance up after calling several other companies and they responded quickly. Told them about the problem and immediately they scheduled a meet up with one of their sale's personnel - Mr. Dave L. He arrived at very short notice and looked at the system and gave us the best advise, to rent the whole system from water to furnace heating system. He went over everything very clearly and there were no hidden cost.
Did the math and found out that rental was the best way to go. Called Dave at 9.00 pm that night and confirmed what was agreed and by Wed morning we had two of their best A-Team installation personnel - Aaron and Nolan. They were well on time went through the whole process of what they were going to do and set up their work place, as not to have any dirt left behind after completion. Through the work they were very knowledgeable and explained everything to me as they were doing their installation. They are very professional and always kept their work area clear and tidy at all times. At the start Dave informed us that it might take two days to complete the installation, but these guys were so good they finished it within a day and their finished worked was spot on.
I would not hesitate to fully recommend Reliance Company for a very professional work and very cost efficient too.

Dave Lambert met with us and recommended a Lennox high efficiency Furnace and AC unit to replace our 27 year old Lennox.

I hired Reliance the Furnace Company to replace a high efficiency furnace and have no complaints about the project. The whole process went fine, they were easy to work with and all the work was done on time and exactly for the price quoted.

I called Reliance the Furnace Company in late December around 11p and was pleasantly surprised that they came out to look at the furnace so late at night. They then showed up the next day or so and fixed the problem. I haven’t had any problems since, so pretty much what you would want from a furnace company.

I hired Reliance the Furnace Company to take out a furnace and ducting and replace it in its entirety in a new location. It was a fairly positive experience, overall, however they did leave a few things out, which have yet to be remedied.

Mark I and Aaron H came over to install a new high efficient furnace for me last summer. They removed the old one and installed the new one within a very short amount of time and were very professional. They explained everything to me and made sure I understood everything before they left. It was this reason that when my hot water tank quit on me that I went back to Reliance for a water tank rental which I will write about later.

Less than a week before Christmas one of our two furnaces broke down, we called Reliance. The Repair technician determined the cause was a cracked heat exchanger. He was able to set up a meeting with Dave the same day to choose a new furnace. Given the age of our exsisting furnaces we decided to replace both furnaces and humidifiers. It was -26 when Aaron and Nolan arrived promptly the very next morning. They assured me that we would have heat in just a few hours. They were both extremely efficient and it was obvious from the start they had great pride in their work. Within 6 hours the job was complete, What an amazing team, I would highly recommend them!

I called Reliance the Furnace Company with a bit of an emergency when in early January there was a fire in my furnace and so I needed it replaced immediately. They were able to come and finish the work that same day, installing a high efficiency furnace. They got it up and running with no problems, the service was great and they were easy to deal with.

I hired Reliance the Furnace Company to install a furnace, tankless water heater and air conditioning unit and they did a great job. They were fast, clean and did everything up to code in order to pass the necessary inspection.

New furnace broke down after only 2years. Called the emergency number list on the company website but no one answer the phone. Left message, no one got back to me. No emergency service at all. Very disappointed.
