The technician did the required maintenance and also optimized the furnace performance with a few well thought out settings. Very personable, professional, knowledgeable and kind. I would recommend this company and this man, Mark B., every time.

Mark Belanger came out to my house in early December to do routine maintenance on my furance. I was telling him that we were having some difficulty getting enough heat to the basement where all the bedrooms were. The suggestion was made to move the thermostat to the basement. Mark was able to do the work the same day. Greatly appreciated the extra work and effort done by Mark.

I phoned Reliance in regards to our furnace was not working properly. I phone about 8:15 a.m. and they sent out a service technician within two hours. The technician Tyler Friesen was prompt, knowledegable and courteous. He recognized the problem. He fixed the furnace by installing an ignition module. He explaned the maintenance protection plan and we decided to enroll.
An enjoyable experience though a bit expensive but reasonable.
Would recommend this company to my friends.

We had the dynamic team of Ross, Matt and Drew install our new Air conditioner. There were friendly, and highly professional. Their workmanship was top notch, and when they were done, it looked like their work looked like it was always part of the house. Great job guys! Keep up the fabulous workmanship. We booked the service call on a Saturday, they arrive Thursday to do a site inspection, and the job was done by Friday. Great response time!

Mark I & Jordon came today and installed our new hot water tank rental. They were friendly, professional and got the job done. I was impressed that they stayed until the tank was working. Very knowledgeable and uninstalled my old tank with no hassle or issue. Well done. Totally recommended,

Install was done on January 6, 2014. We can't say enough about Ross/Matt/Drew. These guys worked all day long and got the job done to keep our family warm. Not once did we hear the guys complain about the work. All of the guys seemed to enjoy what they do! The crew didn't leave a single screw on the ground after cleanup. Will refer anyone to Reliance; what a well run company with good employees!

Our furnace failed on the Friday evening after Christmas. I looked up top-rated companies through Homestars, and chose Reliance. So glad. Their after-hours service is outstanding.
Richard took the call, and arrived within the hour, thoroughly prepared with the parts and knowledge to quickly repair our older model furnace. When i called to follow up about payment, Jody was just as gracious and easy to deal with. Excellent staff, excellent service.
