I received 3 quotes to replace my furnace. All were pretty close however Convertible's price included a clear air exchange and humidifier.

Install folks were polite and cleaned up. No issues experienced to date.

The whole process from start to finish was Excellent, Meeting with Marnie for the quotation and the guys who installed the product. Knowledgeable and efficient. We have the Amana - GSX160241F- 2Ton A/C also the General 1042 Humidiefier . Great product and pricing.

I've been shopping around for a mini-split heat pump for bedrooms on the second floor for a while and after receiving multiple quotes, comparing price and features I decided to go with Convertible. Maybe the model we wanted was too popular it went out-of-stock. Marnie @ Convertible contacted the supplier to see if they can find the stock somewhere. Surprise, surprise! With Marnie's amazing negotiating skills I am able to get a better model at similar price range. I'm extremely happy to choose Convertible and enjoy our heat pump day in and day out.

We needed an air conditioner. We researched products and companies and decided to go with Convertible Air because Mike took the time to explain exactly what we needed. We were very comfortable with Mike as he didn't try to up-sell us. We also chose them for their reputation and they have been in business for 50 years!
The technicians worked efficiently and answered our questions as they were doing the installation. Very satisfied with our experience and would recommend them.

Couldn't be happier with Convertible's service. Chris was extremely helpful and was able to advise me on the specific AC and humidifier units to meet our needs. While other installers told me I needed a 3 ton AC unit, Chris advised that a 2.5 ton with a higher SEER value would be best for our home, saving me about $1000 compared to other quotes. The installers came right on time for the Saturday install and informed me of everything I needed to know regarding where things needed to go, how to maintain, and how to optimally operate. Terrible experience with this company. They came to install the furnace and remove the old one. The person removing the old furnace could barely make it up and down the stairs to the basement. He was sweating profusely and short of breath. My son had to help him due to his inability to complete the job on his own. My husband had to buy a bag of cement to fill in the hole from where the oil tank pipe had been. The guy that was suppose to do that didn't have enough cement to complete the job. The installers of the furnace did not have a sticker that has to be on the furnace

before the gas company will pass it after inspection. So the gas
inspector failed the installation due to this and we were billed for this ( then later we were re-imbursed once the gas company finally approved it). We waited weeks for this sticker that apparently had to come from somewhere's in the states..we were told Texas first
then later another state. After all was said and done, recently two different
professionals told us that the fresh air intake on the furnace is not installed properly. It should be taking the fresh air from the outside

not from the old stale air in the basement. Our neighbors all have
theirs done the proper way, taking fresh air from the outside. We called and asked if they would come back and pipe it to the outside as other companies do. They said they would have to charge us 250 dollars to do this. As a health care professional I have real concerns about the air quality that we are subjected to since other companies have advised against this practice . I guess we would have had more to complain about if my husband and son had not helped the worker that day the old furnace was removed, and yet they want to charge 250 dollars for a job that should have been done properly in the first place.

Ordered an AC unit for my mother Everyone I dealt with at Convertible Htg & AC was professional, and knowledgeable. Was given a fair price, and installers were efficient, professional, and finished up quickly. Would refer the company for sure.

I had an excellent experience with Convertible Heating & Air Conditioning. I needed to install on A/C for my house. I started doing my home work and shopping around. Every other company I spoke too wanted to charge much more for the same work. In addition all the other companies I spoke to tried to up-sell me on equipment that I didn't need. They were also very brand specific and brand bias. When I called Convertible I got a response back from Marnie fairly quickly. I could tell right away their was no up selling and no games trying to be played. Based on my house she knew right away what the best value was for what I needed. There was no pressure to make a decision right away. I was told to think about it, do more research if I wanted, and to call back if I had any questions. I had several questions and called back. Marnie spent 20 minutes on the phone with me explaining different A/C makes and models and told me they would install any make / model I wante. I went with the first option Marnie presented to me when i first called as it was the best value for what I needed.

Installation was performed on Friday May 5. Both the outside work and inside work looks great. I have no complaints and am happy with the level of service I received.

My wife and I were thinking of replacing our furnace at 31 Good Road Scar. M1C 3W8. We were comparing to companies; NEST and CONVERTIBLE. We bought a "Smart" thermostat from NEST and just for the sake of it we tried calling Convertible for a quote
They sent somebody who we found very sincere and we wanted to do business with him
That's how we bought a new furnace from Convertible. We are pleased with the agent and the installation

We needed a new furnace and decided to get a few quoted. We were not satisfied with the first quote and contacted Convertible and Mike came out to our house and answered all our questions.
We were satisfied with the quote and arrangements were made to have the installation. Two servicemen arrived at the time specified and we couldn't believe how quickly and efficiently the work was completed. We were very pleased with the servicemen and amazed how quiet the furnace was when it was turned on.
