I was very pleased with the presentation given to me by the knowledgeable and courteous Convertible salesperson when I was shopping for a new A/C unit. The two installers (Eric and Kemar) arrived punctually and, efficiently, had the old unit removed, the new one installed, as well as a new thermostat, in the predicted time frame. They cleaned up and explained the Parts Warranty registration. Now I am hoping for some warmer weather to be able to enjoy it. Thank you, Convertible!
