I've been shopping around for a mini-split heat pump for bedrooms on the second floor for a while and after receiving multiple quotes, comparing price and features I decided to go with Convertible. Maybe the model we wanted was too popular it went out-of-stock. Marnie @ Convertible contacted the supplier to see if they can find the stock somewhere. Surprise, surprise! With Marnie's amazing negotiating skills I am able to get a better model at similar price range. I'm extremely happy to choose Convertible and enjoy our heat pump day in and day out.

It was a long battle trying to find the product you wanted, as it was already sold out in our Ontario distributors, and when I was able to negotiate you that super awesome system in lieu of what you wanted, I was very pleased too. I am all about getting people more than what they expect and/ or asked for.
I am sooooo glad you love the system, I've driven past your home many times since the installation, as I live close to you, and I cant believe how nice and neat is it.
