Cascade Appliance Service Ltd.

When the oven in our Gas Stove did not heat up properly, I knew I needed a Service Technician. A quick check of the HomeStars site indicated that Cascade Appliance Service Ltd. has a good record on a range of appliance problems. A quick call set up the appointment and I provided the appliance model number by texting to the number provided. Steve arrived on time, had the new igniter for our stove with him and quickly replaced the old one after testing its performance. [It failed.] The new igniter worked as required and the cost was very fair [especially since I knew the job was being done correctly.] I would not hesitate to recommend Cascade and will use them again if needed.

I was experiencing a refrigerator malfunction & called cascade. They came right on time, knew what the problem was, explained in detail what was needed including the cost & fixed the problem in less than an hour! They explained what steps were to be taken after the repair and stated they BACK their work if not corrected. WOW! Great to know there's still trades people who are honest and have pride in their work. I will definitely use them again if any other appliances break down in my home.

Wow. Came to our house hours after we called for repairs on our washer. Repair was made quickly at a very reasonable cost. We would highly recommend this company. Great service.

Had a fairly new Maytag Dryer and the heating unit burnt out. Found Cascade on HomeStars called them based on prior reviews. Spoke to a lovely lady Linda who was very helpful even gave me some quick fix tips prior to setting up a service call. They came out the next day Steve was super friendly, knowledgeable and literally went above and beyond. Fixed my dryer and even cleaned some of the parts out. So glad I found them and have them in my contacts for future repairs. Strongly recommend this straight and honest company. Called a few and they were shady and not helpful. I found Cascade on HomeStars and am so glad I did! I have used their services twice now, once for my washer and once for the dryer, and have been completely satisfied with the wonderful service. Linda is a pleasure to speak with on the phone. Steve is prompt, courteous, and knows his stuff. No work is done that isn't required and the charges are reasonable. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Lady on the phone asked us a bunch of questions prior to the service call so we don't waste time and money in case the dw was useless.

Steve came by the same day and fixed the issue in under 10 mins.

Dishwasher panel broke on a Sat.. After reading reviews call Cascade Appliance. The girl I spoke with was so nice & helpful.
Steve came out on Monday, great guy, knew his stuff, had the part, explain everything that he was doing, gave us a little history on appliance industry. Just an overall pleasant experience. Best of all, was reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Steve & his company.

We unknowingly tried to wash our jute-home rug in the washing machine... And shred of the rug came out... But what it did was clogged my washer drainage due to which the water would leak out.
Tried going on DIY YouTube video to fix it but could not.. So we decided to hire a professional to determine if the washing machine could be repaired. I found Steve Caldwell / Cascade Appliance on HomeStars and contacted him based on his excellent reviews. Steve arrived right on time. After inspecting the units he not only fixed the problem but also taught me how to properly maintain the machines - like not throwing the rug inside to begin with along with using one fourth of the "HE" liquid soap I needed to use instead of full cup. Steve is personable and professional; exactly the kind of person we hope in times of need. I strongly recommend Steve and Cascade Appliance. I wouldn't call anyone else!

Fridge was getting warmer, I called Cascade Appliance Service during the long weekend, they asked me what kind of fridge it is and if the freezer causes problems as well. They made sure they have the possible pieces required to fix it and got to my place in 1 hour. Thanks a lot for your help!

We've been in our new house for less than 2 weeks. I turned on the oven tonight (Friday of a long weekend) and then took my baby upstairs for a diaper change. That's when I smelled gas. I came running downstairs, turned off the oven and got on HomeStars. I called Cascade, and Linda actually pulled off the highway to take my call. I explained the issue, and not only did she calm me down, but knew what the issue probably was, just from listening to my story. Steve was at the house in a matter of hours with the replacement part. He was incredibly professional and hugely knowledgable. Walked me through the whole process, and even dated my oven from the serial number so that I know what kind of life my appliance has. Cascade is definitely my new "go to" for appliance repair. Definite recommend!
