Fridge was getting warmer, I called Cascade Appliance Service during the long weekend, they asked me what kind of fridge it is and if the freezer causes problems as well. They made sure they have the possible pieces required to fix it and got to my place in 1 hour. Thanks a lot for your help!

While some other contractor didn't bother to show up for two weeks, Jeff came the first day after I called him to provide me with a price quote and installed the BBQ gas line shortly after. 6 months later the gas line holds strong. Thanks!

Vito was able to book us for a home inspection with a two days notice. He was there in time, conducted a careful inspection (infrared camera inspection included) and delivered the report the same evening. Very professional, answered our follow-up questions too.
