Our 6 year old Samsung washing machine stopped running in the middle of a cycle.
Couldn't get the door unlocked, but a call to Cascade led to good advise from Linda which enabled me to drain the machine and get the wet laundry out.
The next day Steve and Linda showed up (wearing masks) and were able to replace the pump and get the washer back in working order.
Could be happier with Cascade's professional and friendly service.
Above and Beyond ! Placed a call just after 10am for service for my washer . By 3pm the washer was repaired (needed a new Motor Control Board ) . Cascade also replaced a kinked/crushed dryer exhaust duct free of charge after noticing it was severely bent. My original call was returned within an hour and Linda and Steve showed just after 2pm with masks and the correct part. Many thanks and would highly recommend .
In the middle of two wet loads of laundry, our less than 3 year old “Kenmore” dryer stopped working following a bad burnt rubber smell. After called a few more “known” companies, I was looking at a minimum of 2 days before they could come. After doing a search on HomeStars, I noticed that Cascade had a very high rating so I gave them a call. Linda answered immediately and after taking down the model number, she advised me they could be here in 20 minutes. I was floored at how quick they were able to come.
They showed up wearing masks which was appreciated during these Covid times. After taking the dryer apart, Linda’s husband Steve was able to immediately identify the problem and advised me of the price and time it would take for the repair. After about 1/2 hour they were done and my dryer was working perfectly and they were even kind enough to switch the dryer door around for me so it opens the same direction as the washer which has been driving us crazy for 3 years.
They were so nice to work with, the price was very fair for the work done and I would definitely recommend them and will be using them again for any future appliance repair needs.
Cascade Appliance Services did a wonderful job repairing our Blue Star gas oven. They answered our call immediately. Steve and Linda are amazing! They were punctual, knowledgeable and very helpful. They fixed our oven and graciously offered advice regarding a different issue as well. I'm so glad we found them! Cascade fixed the stove in no time and did not over charge for their time and advice. If you are looking for an honest, reliable and knowledgeable repair team, look no further!

I spilled coffee on top of my stove. It flowed into the top vents on the oven door and left an ugly mess between the exterior and interior glass of the door. Although it did not hamper the functionality of the stove, every time I saw it my blood pressure went up.
Cascade to the rescue! I called Cascade and had a more than helpful conversation with Linda. The very next day Linda and Steve came to my home. They took the oven door apart and cleaned the coffee mess completely. These two people were friendly, helpful and professional. Their expertise was obvious. They took every precaution possible in these Covid-19 days and I was extremely impressed.
I will absolutely call Cascade for any future appliance problems and highly recommend the company to anybody requiring honest and dedicated assistance.
Had a LG washer not draining at all I requested a repair via Homestars Linda was the first to respond to me on the same evening I submitted the request for help! Some text exchanges with her on the issue along with pictures of the washer & model number. She and her husband Steve arrived the next day and dissected the washer to the point of the anticipated problem replaced the required part and had the washer up and running within an hour. With these troubling times they both observed social distancing and wore masks during the entire process. Thank you Linda & Steve for giving my wife and I piece of mind and resolving our problem in break neck speed.
Linda was the first to reply to a request for a quote through HomeStars. I was able to schedule an appointment thru text and sent photos of our issues. All the reviews you've read are true. Linda shared tips for maintaining and cleaning a few appliances for longer life while Steve got right to the job. called, sent video and these guys were amazing, gave me exact instructions on how to fix it on my own with a part if I was handy enough. Unfortunately, I am not at all handy so requested they come in. They came, took a look and fixed it exactly the way they instructed me a couple of days earlier. Great customer service.
