Trisha and Scott were absolutely marvelous. Amazing service. Awesome work ethics. Extremely friendly. And very hard working. Trisha came to check out the work. I wanted to remove my old pond filled with marsh and remove the lining, water fall feature, rocks and all of it. Clean the pit. And fill it with dirt, river rocks and top it with soil to plant native plants with a waterfall feature that was provided. She asked us to hire a landscape architect so there are no surprises. So glad we did. And then they came, purchased all the native plants a day before the work and dropped them off. Then came and finished the entire work in one day. I have attached few pics from the start to finish for capturing the work.

Great work.. Completely satisfied. We needed someone to complete some work in our home before we moved in and Brinq Construction not only accommodated us but completed the work in a timely manner. Ian is honest, punctual, prompt and will accommodate where possible. The work included amongst other things, changing carpet to hardwood floors, complete bathroom reno (change out tiles, stand up showers, plumbing, new counter tops, etc.) and install 9ft French doors for our office. Ian was helpful in sourcing hardwood to match the current floors and also helped with sourcing the counter tops etc. We were most appreciative that Ian kept to the timelines and stayed within the budget. Most importantly when we called in for issues after the job was completed, Ian came in and fixed the issues in the same prompt and professional manner as he did during the project. We would also like to give a shoutout to his painter Alex who did a remarkable job. I would strongly recommend Brinq Construction for any home improvement projects.

From start to end, awesome service. To begin with, Neha was great in explaining what all is covered in the package and what are the other services they provide which would be extra if selected to do so on basis of the recommendation of the technicians. They were completely booked for 2 weeks, so booked my appointment post 2-weeks. And requested to inform me for any cancellations. My luck, there was a cancellation and I was able to take that appointment. The technicians Rohan and his assistant Robin were extremely professional. They both adhered to COVID-19 protocols. Rohan was great in explaining each step as he kept cleaning the duct. And not only showed the before and after pics of ducts but also explained the reason why they were so dirty and how could I do appropriate maintenance. Unlike other duct cleaning companies, they used a portable commercial vacuum instead of the one connected to the truck. Later he also cleaned my AC, Furnace and sanitized the ducts, of course these services costed extra. He also cleaned my dryer vent as well as the dryer from inside. I had done a major renovation in my home so you can see the thick layer of dust in the vent in the before pictures. Would totally recommend them for getting your ducts clean and forget about it for 3 years unless you have a renovation project. Thank you!

Was extremely happy and satisfied to choose H.I. Security for purchasing and installing outdoors cameras for my residence. The owner Oleg is very knowledgeable and provides great advice including not to go overboard with a great sense of humor. Oleg was very easy to work with... Extremely professional, patient and very friendly. He does not just do the job to finish the project but takes out time to make sure that the work is done right and his clients are fully satisfied. I noticed couple of Carpenter's Ants (Big Black Ants) in my house and contacted Gancy from Pest Zone Pest Control. Very punctual in communicating. Extremely professional. He sent his peer JP... Kudos, very calm guy, who helped and educated me on the bugs. In addition, gave me a package to get rid of spiders and centipede along with carpenter ants. Very satisfied with their service and hands down would contact them for any pest control related issue... Unfortunately, I required Gancy's help to deal with Cluster flies, wasps, ants and again he was great! Hoping that I finally don't need them:)

Charles from Everlast Concrete One Ltd. has done a fabulous job of demolishing my old patio and reconstructing my beautiful new concrete patio - Exposed Aggegate Patio with Stamped Concrete border. He completeted my patio in 5 days. Very professional. Had covered my BBQ, Patio furniture, fences with poly so that they don't get dirty and at the end power washed my fences, patio furniture and my windows. The patio looks awesome. Definitely would recommend him for concrete work. Two Thumbs up!

My fused tripped late sunday stormy night. Called Amir, the electrician and see if he could come the same night. He assured me that he would be at my place first thing next morning and he came at 6:45am. Awesome electrician. Very genuine and upfront. Asked me to buy the switch as my upper washroom dimmer was conked off and could smell the burnt circuit. He advised me to replce my dimmer with a normal switch as the box did not have suffiecient room to place a dimmer as it was meant for a regular switch and if he did place the dimmer, the sae thing would happened again unless, he changes the box to a one complatible for dimmer but for which he would hav to cut my drywall and create more room. Went on his recomendation and placed a regular switch with no issues. Highly recommend Amir for any electrical job, as for him no job is too small:)

Mike and his brother were extremly professional. They called in before to confirm th time they would arrive and approximate time they will be done. They were right on time in completing the work. They cleaned everything once they were done. They actually went beyond fixing a fence on the other side which I compeltely forgot to mentioned. I have attached the pictures of their work. I would highly recomend them for fencing. They also do Landscaping, Roofing, Bricks, Chimney work, Siding, Eavestrough, Drywall, Mud and Tiles work.

Mike was great. He did not go round and round but was straight. I was planning to replace all my wondows but after inspection, Mike said that only my master bedroom's windows along with the ensuite window needs to be changed immediately and rest could last for a year or even more. He gave me free installation which also included installing back my blinds. The new windows looks awesome. Extremely happy with the customer service too.

Paul did a great interlocking job for my front yard. But when it came to do the backyard patio, he completely ruined it. Horrible job. Did not even bother to level the floor before putting the patio stones. Did an adhoc job - completely not satisfied. Did not even finish the job and stopped acepting my calls. Will never recommend him.

Dalton was very professional and gave practical advice of replacing the existing 4x4 posts to x6 posts for longetivity. He was pretty reasonable. Completed the project on time and made sure my backyard was all nice and clean before he left after completing the work. Would strongly recommend him. Also came to know that he does everything as a contractor such as finishing basement, landscaping, kitchen, etc.

I had purchased LED Bulbs from Canadian Tire using a gift card and lost the receipt. By mistake, I picked few boxes with wrong color - Bright white instead of soft yellow. When I went to Customer service to ask them to replace the colors with the same brand and all. They flatly refused. I know it's my fault of not having the receipt but was very upset that they did not replace. I can understand not reimbursing but if I need to change and get the same thing but in different color, don't see why they were so fussy.

I just took out all my evergreens which were very close to my house and went to Jade Gardens to get plants that needed bare minimal caring and still looked nice. The cashier hooked me up with their specialist Yu. He had a wealth of knowledge and understood exactly our needs and recommended plants to get for our front yard. And not only he advise us which plants not to take as required a lot of work but also suggested how to place the plants to get the best effects in terms of height, coloration, etc. And even the cashier was great. Because of my wrong estimate I was short of couple of plants so next day went to them to get those but was not very sure which plant did I pick up. Yu was again very courteous and helpful in making an exception of their return policy and told me that if this is not the one (Sure was from the same family - just not sure if the same species) the bring it back and they will exchange it. Definitely would highly recommend Jade Gardens for any of your garden needs. Two big thumbs up!!!

My electrical sockets in both my washroom were not working, but the lights worked... So posted for help on Facebook! James Hunt was very kind enough to help me out by not just giving me the solution but educating me on it. In addition, he also was willing to come in if the solution did not work. I was able to get my sockets working without paying for anything. Thanks James. Will definitely keep you in mind when I actually require an electrician.

Taylor Brown was extremely professional, courteous and very reasonable. In my stand-up shower, my grout was wearing off and I could see built up of mold... He came and cleaned the tiles by steaming them and then used special kind of grout which would expand and contract instead of cracking. Was very timely. Explained me what he was going to do, and completed the work as promised. He also sealed the gap between the tub and sliding door for my other washroom. Will definitely recommend him. My old kitchen refrigerator conked out so was looking to get a new one. After doing my research online, went to Lowe's and met Lowe's Representative for Appliances - Rajiva. He not only gave us advised to change the refrigerator we were going to purchased but showed us a better refrigerator for lower price. And made the delivery available in 2 working days. Once I received the refrigerator, went back to him as I was not able to figure out how to connect the water pipe to my new refrigerator as thought I needed to buy some plumbing connection parts. He connected me to the Plumber who was very patient and explained me what I had to do. Extremely satisfied with the service. Two Thumbs Up!!!

I have a two door Whirlpool refrigerator- Left side is the freezer and right side is the fridge. My refrigerator was not cooling although my freezer was working fine. Gave a call to Same Day Appliance Service and the lady I spoke to was extremely courteous and friendly. She was willing to give me an appointment for some one to show up within an hour but I asked her to book an appointment for evening which she was able to. Ray came and saw the refrigerator and told me it could either be a connection loose which he showed me while checking or the board has conked off. And that was the reason why my freezer did not auto defrost and hence my refrigerator was not getting any air to cool. He asked me to disconnect the plug and leave the door open to defrost for 24hrs and re hook it. It should work... And if there is some other problem like circuit board then within 2-3 weeks I will experience the same issue and that time I will have to buy a new one as the part is not being made by Whirlpool any more. Would highly recommend Same Day Appliance Service.I was extremely satisfied with his honesty, technical knowledge, patience in showing me the issue as well as the solution and his time management.

My dryer wasn't drying my clothes. Tried going on DIY YouTube video to fix it but could not.. So decided to call Steve Caldwell as he had fixed my washer and was very happy with his service. As usual when I called in for booking a visit, his wife who answers and schedules all the appointment gave me couple of tips to fix it by myself. Unfortunately, I had burnt the coil so called again and ask them to fix it. They came and did an awesome job of fixing but told me that my dryer vent needs to be cleaned as it exhausts out in a U-shape with two 90 degrees angle that would be hard to clean by myself. Now my dryer is working perfectly fine. Thank you for your wonderful service.

Royal Basements Inc helped us complete our my unfinished basement into an open concept recreation room, a bedroom and a full 3 piece bathroom (vanity, toilet and stand up shower), a pantry closet and shelving for storage in the unfinished part of the basement. The work involved, insulating our exterior walls, laminate for the floor, complete washroom and plumbing, painting the walls, ceiling with pot lights and completing the electrical. Royal Basements have done a great job in finishing our basement. We were almost within the budget. Royal Basements was very accommodating to changes as long as they were within the contract parameters. Rene's (Royal Basements) suggestions regarding the layout etc, was also very helpful. Of all the contractors we met Rene was the only one who suggested replacing the basement stairs completely with oak hardwood instead of painting the old stairs or carpeting or laminate over the steps. This was within our budget price. There is a great attention to detail. We definitely recommend Rene and his team for high quality of work, on time, and fair pricing. Although we were delayed due to the inspector not showing up for the electrical inspection by a week, Rene worked weekends to reduce the delay in timelines. The only thing I would suggest is to add every little detail into the contract before signing up instead of assuming things as part of the package, for example installing the glass shower door for the stand up shower. We had assumed that this was included but it was not. Another one is shelving in the pantry cupboard. The pantry cupboard was made but no shelving because it was not in the contract. Rene will make sure to complete everything that is stated in the contract. Overall I give Rene and Royal Basements a two thumbs up!

I am not sure what was better the product or the service... The salesperson Margaret was just too good with great customer service. She did not rush me into buying but on the contrary was extremely patient and educated me on what are different types of sheen's and which would make more sense for me to get. Thanks to her, I not only ended up buying great quality paints from Benjamin Moore but didn't pay exorbitant. Will always go here to buy my paint. Thank you!

Rick from RCC came within 2 business days to look at the issue. My basement foundation wall was leaking. Rick saw and calmed us by letting us know that there is no seepage or leak... And its just condensation as the foundation did not have space to breathe. He did not charge anything and said it's fine as long as cracks are filled and the waterproof sheet is installed before building a dry wall while completing my basement. I hope not but if my basement ever leaks... I will definitely calling RCC Waterproofing. Thank you guys.

I was looking to buy Fluorescent Adapter Ballast for my light fixture hooked up with my ceiling fan which has been discontinued. I tried calling many places and finally I spoke to Terry from TES-Scarborough. Not only he searched and confirm that in Canada it will be difficult to get the unit but he would actually order it from US and asked me if it would be okay to wait for couple of weeks which would save me the cost of shipping from US which would roughly cost me as much as the unit cost or may be more. He was very helpful and had excellent custoner service skills. I would strongly recommend going to this store for any lighting needs. Although they mainly cater bussinesses.

I wanted to get something to organize my toiletries supply. Bought 18 plastic stack-able shelves which fitted perfectly in my closet and now my closet is filled with everything well organized. Great stack-able shelves.

I called Aire One for A quote & I spoke to PJ Brand who was great, answered all my questions and also educated me on what were my options and based on my needs and budget which one would make more sense. It is truly evident that this is a company who truly conducts business with the highest degree of professionalism. The installers were great as well, I would highly Recommend this team to anybody. I opted for the Carrier Dual Stage Furnace and AC - 16 SEERS one as my current AC was not operating. I installed it 3 weeks ago so still waiting for the rebate which PJ filled it for us. I will be dealing with Aire One for all my HVAC needs.

I gave them a call on Sunday morning and the customer representative said that some one will get back to me within 24 hrs. Not even 30 minutes after hanging up, the technician Yasir calls me and makes the appointment to come the very same day - that too being a Sunday. He comes and makes sure that my furnace is working. Needed to change Flame Sensor which he did not have with him at that moment so he came on Tuesday as they had to order the part on Monday to fix it. The furnace is working perfectly fine. He also gave me few tips to improve the life of my furnace.

I had to buy and install new blinds in living room, kitchen, bed rooms and Omer helped me to get the blinds and install them within 48 hrs of taking measurements. Although he was bit late in coming to install. He made it by making sure that installation was completed that same very day.

We unknowingly tried to wash our jute-home rug in the washing machine... And shred of the rug came out... But what it did was clogged my washer drainage due to which the water would leak out. Tried going on DIY YouTube video to fix it but could not.. So we decided to hire a professional to determine if the washing machine could be repaired. I found Steve Caldwell / Cascade Appliance on HomeStars and contacted him based on his excellent reviews. Steve arrived right on time. After inspecting the units he not only fixed the problem but also taught me how to properly maintain the machines - like not throwing the rug inside to begin with along with using one fourth of the "HE" liquid soap I needed to use instead of full cup. Steve is personable and professional; exactly the kind of person we hope in times of need. I strongly recommend Steve and Cascade Appliance. I wouldn't call anyone else!

I was not sure whether I wanted to put blinds or curtains. So I was just inquiring and seeing what options I had. Although I finally went installing curtains. The customer service I received from Milton Blinds was extremely prompt and the quote was very reasonable.

I needed to move my patio furniture, fridge and a water filter system. Rented their mini truck. Their service was extraordinary. I also rented a trolly and the staff were pretty helpful. Strongly recommend to rent trucks and moving supplies from them - great service for great price and no hassles.

I had purchased 1 King Size and 2 Queen size Orthopaedic matresses along with their boxes. He gave me the 2-pieces boxes so that its easy to move around. In addition, his customer service was beyond extraordinary. He also gave me free delivery. His rates were the best compared to other stores that sold matresses in Milton. I would again buy it from him if I need more matresses in future.

The best thing about IKEA is that you don't need to visualize how will it look in your head as they pretty much have each piece for you to look in their display. In addition, it's ecxtremely easy to assemble and now you could accessories it with different texture and colors. I purchased a bookshelf that covers my entire wall in black and made the accessories in red to match with their office chairs.

They have pretty decent furnitute for seeting up your home office. Looks rich and is not that expensive. The best thing was that it was very easy to asseble along with not being bulky which made it perfect for my small office.

I had ordered a big yellow bag of black soil for my lawn maintenance thru online. Extremely professional and very easy to order. Within a week they came and dropped the big yellow bag exactly where I had indicated in front of my porch. They also have very helpful tips of maintaining your lawn in a video format on their website. The quality of black soil was great.

I needed to replace a fluorescent circline tube for one of my light fixtures, the size was ot one of the regular ones. I tried HomeDepot, Rona, Lowe's and many other lighting places but finally thru HomeDepot, I got their address... Not only they were able to get it for me in couple of days, the cost was way cheaper than getting it online. And excellent customer service and they know their stuff... I would never go anywhere but to them if I have any electrical issues.
