My oven has broken down twice - once the control panel completely died and the second time it would not heat up on bake setting. Steve came both times within a day or 2 - super pleasant and professional. He was able to get parts and install during the visit and charged peanuts for his time. Showed us each step and validated the need for new parts. Also gave great advise on dishwasher when he noticed something that was amiss. I
would highly recommend Steve's services and trust him 100%!

Our fridge died on Sunday night. We didn't notice until Monday morning at which point the freezer was still functioning but fridge was not cooling. We started calling around to appliance repair companies and found Cascade listed on HomeStars so thought we would give them a try. They responded very quick, working around my availability. The tech showed up as promised the same evening, on time, and with he parts he thought were faulty on our fridge. Him and his wife showed me what the issue was, what he was doing to fix it, what parts were going in to correct the issue, and how to make the fridge work more efficiently in the future. I had my Electrolux fridge stop running on a Friday. I called and they were able to find the part that day. Had it not been the weekend, Steve would have been able to come by the following day. He came by the following Tuesday and took no longer than 30 minutes. I was really impressed by the service and price. He explained what was wrong and tips on how to look out for future problems. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

We inherited our laundry washing machine & dryer with the purchase of our home approximately 2 years ago. Over the past couple months we noticed the dryer would stop prior to the cloths being completely dry and last week the washing machine still had water in the drum after the final spin cycle so we decided to hire a professional to determine if both machines could be repaired. I found Steve Caldwell / Cascade Appliance on HomeStars and contacted him based on his excellent reviews. Steve arrived right on time. After inspecting both units he not only fixed the problems with both machines but he also took the time to show me how to properly maintain them going forward. Steve is personable and professional; exactly the kind of person we all hope comes to our homes when we need help. I highly recommend Steve and Cascade Appliance. I wouldn't call anyone else!

I am relatively new to Burlington and found Cascade on HomeStars. Because not all repair experiences have been positive in the past, I was initially nervous about calling Cascade. I received a friendly and positive response right from my telephone call for service. Steve came on time, explained clearly the repair work needed, did the job quickly and efficiently, ensured everything was working before he left, put everything back in place and gave me some further informative tips such as how to move the refrigerator. I highly recommend Cascade.

Used steve's services before and as a result called him for a second opinion after a really bad experience with another company. Learned quickly that the diagnosis was way off and steve gave me suggestions that in the long run saved me headaches and bills for useless repairs. Thanks again for all your help steve.

Our Samsung dishwasher was giving the heating error code and not finishing a full cycle.
I called Cascade and booked the appointment for within 2 days. They first helped me troubleshoot to make sure I needed the service call, which was impressive! He came out, and was finished the replacing the dead part in under 45 minutes. Everything was put back exactly in place and tested and I am extremely happy with his work. Zero issues with the appliance now!

I have called twice now within 3 months; once for a washing machine issue and once for a dishwasher fix. Amazing service from the initial call to when he completes the repair. He has shown up both times exactly on time. So glad I read the previous reviews as a referral and feel compelled to write one myself. Thanks for the great service.

Just preparing to leave for holidays and realized the fridge compressor was hotter than hot and the fan was not working. Called Cascade and a wonderful woman answered the phone and said Steve would be here within an hour to assess and see if it could be repaired before leaving for holidays. Arrived on time, very professional and knowledgeable, provided excellent service and repaired the fridge within 30 minutes. I can now go on holidays with peace of mind. This was truly extraordinary customer service!!!!
