Jeff was absolutely amazing. I told him that I needed a dishwasher uninstalled ASAP. He came come in under 45 mins. Not only did he completely everything in 20 mins, he gave me some very valuable advice on what I need to do when installing a new dishwasher. Never seen a more enterprising guy. Jeff is amazing. He came highly referred, and offered a number of solutions for me try myself before coming through to the house / charging, which was incredibly kind of him to do. It turns out my Viking fridge needed the ice maker replaced, and Jeff came through with the replacement part and after quickly diagnosing the issue, replaced the part and the ice maker is working perfectly now. He is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and sincerely cares about getting the best possible outcome for the Client in the most cost effective way.

My dishwasher was showing the Error code E25 and was not draining properly! Jeff came and assess the problem, installed a new pump, and fixed the drainage hose! He is very knowledgeable and quick! Not only did he fix the issue, but that he accommodated me on the same day, after what most would consider the end of a workday, speaks volumes to his dedication. Jeff was a good communicator; we were in touch all day before he got to my place and he explained everything he was doing while fixing my dryer, from diagnosis to resolution. In the end, he replaced a part which he brought with him (he was prepared) and the issue is now gone. Time will tell if it will stay gone, but if it does, it will be well worth the money - which was reasonable, considering it would have been a pain to replace the dryer never mind finding something that is of the same size and that would stack on top of my washer. My dryer is 10 years old, and Whirlpool just doesn't make them in that form factor any more. Of note, Jeff has a 90 day guarantee, which is reassuring. Thanks, Jeff. I hope I don't have to call you for this issue again, but I will be thinking of LegitFix should I have issues with other appliances in the future.

My 20 year old dryer stopped working. I call Jeffery and he came the very next day. He diagnosed the problem immediately and within 30 minutes my dryer was running again. He was quick to respond to my phone call and text. He was on time and very polite. He also left the working space spotless after he installed the part. I highly recommend him.
