EntryDoors Toronto are fantastic. Alex was very helpful in the selection of the right door for us and Gabriel was a perfectionist when it came to the installation. The door came in within our budget. The door was delivered within the timeframe that was originally discussed and the installation was immaculate. We love our door and everyone in the neighbourhood compliments it. It has made such a big difference on our home. Don't waste your time trying to talk to some kid at a big box store. Get it done right. Get it done by Alex and Gabriel. You won't be disappointed.

We had a a 8' tall steel and glass front door installed at the end of May, 2011 and I must say, Alex was great to deal with and knew his products and applications very well. He also had patience in our decision making process.
His installer, Gabriel, is a master craftsman.
I'll be honest, this door wasn't cheap, but given the quality of the door itself and the installation, we certainly got our moneys worth.

Alex is responsive and professional and his doors are of good quality. Most importantly make sure you get his installer Gabriel doing the work. This guy is a quiet perfectionist and does an awesome job. He took one day to do each door properly. Some of the other suppliers I spoke to said they would do all doors in one day. My only beef with Alex is that he did not make clear that the default white that comes with the door is not very pleasant and consequently did not match the inside walls of our house. For an optimum look make sure you customize both the inside and outside colours of your door. The expense is well worth it.

This company installed a porch enclosure for me in the summer of 2010.

Recently, I have noticed that there is some moisture and water coming in from the bottom of the enclosure.

I phoned the owner, Alex, about this problem and he explained to me that there needs to be some space in the threshold in order for the water to travel both in and out of the porch enclosure.

I also spoke to him regarding a screw that appears to be missing in the enclosure and he explained to me that this wasn't an issue.

After the conversation, I called Alex a second time and said that I was a bit disappointed with how he handled the previous conversation. Moreover, I still wasn't sure if the bottom threshold could be caulked or not.

He became very impatient and irate with me over the phone and said that I could call any other company and they would tell me the same thing. Then I explained to him that I knew people who had other porch enclosures and they did not have this problem. He then backtracked and said those enclosures were probably constructed differently.

I also explained that I was a bit unhappy with the fact that he didn't think the issue with the screw was important. What does it take to install a simple screw? He then said to me in a sarcastic tone "what, are you going to take your own life because of a missing screw?"

At this point, I became very angry and told him that this was very unprofessional and that I was simply calling him to get answers to rectify this problem. He did offer to come over and examine the porch enclosure himself but I did not want him to after being spoken to in this manner.

I also advised him that I would be changing my rating on homestars after being spoken to in this way to which he replied "you don't scare me." This was an immature response and all of this could have been taken care of by speaking to me in a calm manner.

I can appreciate his opinion with the water being able to move in and out but I just wish he had a bit more patience and understanding when dealing with his customers.

He was rude, inconsiderate and just downright insulting.

We are extremely pleased with both our front door and patio door. The product was delivered way ahead of schedule which was a nice surprise. And the end product is amazing! We have received lots of compliments on our front door. It looks beautiful. And the installer is a perfectionist..he did an amazing job installing the door...Thanks Alex and his team, we would highly recommend you!

Alex sat with us and helped design a gorgeously modern front door. We loved their selection of hardware (handles - shapes and finish colours) and were able to find finish colours that suited us. Alex did not try to oversell; I was the one who insisted on a colour for both sides of the door!

Installation by Gabriel was very meticulous and clean.

Our windows are gorgeous! We are very satisfied with everything, from the quote process right through to the end of installation. Alex took so much time to give us all the information we needed before we signed the contract. He was very quick to reply to any questions. The Sikora windows that his team put in are as excellent as we expected.Their workmanship is superb. Cleanup was no problem as they were neat and tidy throughout the whole process. The price was fair. We are very glad that we went with Alex and his team. We have and would recommend them to our friends and family.

My new doors are one of the most beautiful features of my home. I cannot begin to describe the quality of Gabriel's (the installer) work. It really is like nothing I have ever seen before (no exaggeration). He took two days (a full 7 hours each day, to properly install and finish each door) and you would never know he was even there with the way he cleaned up after completion. I have had the biggest of critics in my life gawk and praise the workmanship. Please do NOT hesitate to entrust this company with your business. Their product and service may not come cheap, but they are worth every single penny. Thank you Alex, you delivered everything you promised. Gabriel, I cannot thank you enough, you are an artist!
